重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)后評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的提高,連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)水平也正以驚人的速度發(fā)展。連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)不僅是在設(shè)計(jì)理論,施工工藝上面已經(jīng)取得了很優(yōu)異的成績(jī),在橋梁后期使用及管養(yǎng)過程中也通過大量的科學(xué)研究取得了顯著的進(jìn)步。然而,在某些方面,我國(guó)的連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)仍處于幾乎空白的地位。這其中就包括了橋梁建設(shè)后評(píng)估。連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)后評(píng)估是對(duì)我們已建橋梁的一個(gè)“回頭看”過程,是橋梁投入運(yùn)營(yíng)后,對(duì)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、運(yùn)營(yíng)管養(yǎng)過程的一個(gè)綜合評(píng)估。評(píng)估結(jié)果不僅反映了連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)水平。通過評(píng)估還可以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。而這些問題正是致使連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋在使用過程中出現(xiàn)普遍問題的影響因素。我們必須對(duì)這些問題給予足夠的重視,通過詳細(xì)的分析找到問題的根源與解決方法,為今后橋梁設(shè)計(jì)、施工、管養(yǎng)三大過程提供相關(guān)建議與要求。通過橋梁建設(shè)后評(píng)估,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)化橋梁設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)施工工藝、管養(yǎng)技術(shù),真正成為一個(gè)橋梁建設(shè)高水平、高質(zhì)量強(qiáng)國(guó)。本文對(duì)重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋設(shè)計(jì)、施工以及運(yùn)營(yíng)管養(yǎng)情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查,調(diào)查工作主要以查閱設(shè)計(jì)、施工、管養(yǎng)文件為主,輔以與設(shè)計(jì)方、施工方、養(yǎng)護(hù)方人員開展茶話會(huì)的形式討論橋梁在建設(shè)過程中存在的問題及解決方法。對(duì)橋梁使用過程中存在的重點(diǎn)病害進(jìn)行了分析研究,結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)、施工、管養(yǎng)情況的調(diào)查與研究,找出在建設(shè)過程中與橋梁使用過程中出現(xiàn)病害相關(guān)的影響因素。針對(duì)重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,通過對(duì)工程建設(shè)后評(píng)估方法的研究,并利用有限元分析對(duì)建設(shè)后評(píng)估過程中施工質(zhì)量主要指標(biāo)的分析。筆者建立了一套適合于重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)情況的評(píng)估體系與模型。利用該評(píng)估體系與模型,以重慶市渝合高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)后評(píng)估為工程實(shí)例,對(duì)重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋進(jìn)行了建設(shè)后評(píng)估工作。評(píng)估結(jié)果反映了連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)水平。通過對(duì)后評(píng)估結(jié)果的分析,對(duì)重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋在建設(shè)過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,并為今后連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、運(yùn)營(yíng)管養(yǎng)提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。為今后避免連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)“先天不足”提供了保障,為今后橋梁建設(shè)科學(xué)建設(shè)及管養(yǎng)工作的良好開展提供了第一手參考資料,具有借鑒意義。該套評(píng)估體系與模型不僅對(duì)重慶市高速公路連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)后評(píng)估適用,在全國(guó)不同省市連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋建設(shè)后評(píng)估工作也可作為參考使用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, the construction level of continuous rigid frame bridge is also developing at an astonishing speed. The construction of continuous rigid frame bridge is not only in the design theory, construction technology has achieved excellent results, but also in the later use and maintenance of the bridge through a large number of scientific research has made remarkable progress. However, in some aspects, the continuous rigid frame bridge construction in China is still in almost blank position. This includes post-construction assessment of bridges. The post-construction evaluation of continuous rigid frame bridge is a "looking back" process for the bridge that we have built. It is a comprehensive evaluation of the design, construction and operation of continuous rigid frame bridge after the bridge has been put into operation. The evaluation results not only reflect the construction level of continuous rigid frame bridges. Problems can also be found through evaluation. These problems are the factors that cause the common problems in the use of continuous rigid frame bridges. We must pay enough attention to these problems, through detailed analysis to find the root causes of the problems and solutions, for the future bridge design, construction, management and maintenance of three major processes to provide relevant suggestions and requirements. Through post-construction evaluation, summary of experience, optimization of bridge design content, strengthening of construction technology, maintenance technology, truly become a bridge construction high-level, high-quality power. In this paper, the design, construction and operation of Chongqing expressway continuous rigid frame bridge are investigated in detail. The main work of the investigation is to consult the design, construction and maintenance documents, supplemented by the designer and the construction side. The nursing staff held tea party to discuss the problems and solutions in the process of bridge construction. This paper analyzes and studies the key diseases existing in the process of bridge use. Combining with the investigation and research of design, construction and pipe maintenance, the paper finds out the influencing factors related to the occurrence of diseases in the process of bridge use in the construction process. In view of the problems in the construction of Chongqing expressway continuous rigid frame bridge, this paper studies the post-construction evaluation method, and uses the finite element analysis to analyze the main indexes of construction quality in the post-construction evaluation process. In this paper, a set of evaluation system and model for continuous rigid frame bridge construction of Chongqing expressway is established. Based on the evaluation system and model, the post-construction evaluation of Chongqing Expressway continuous rigid frame Bridge is carried out by taking Chongqing Yuhe Expressway as an example. The evaluation results reflect the construction level of continuous rigid frame bridge. Based on the analysis of the post-evaluation results, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Chongqing Expressway continuous rigid frame Bridge, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the design, construction and operation of the continuous rigid frame Bridge in the future. It provides a guarantee for avoiding the "inherent deficiency" of the continuous rigid frame bridge construction in the future, and provides the first-hand reference material for the scientific construction of the bridge construction and the good development of the maintenance work in the future, which is of reference significance. The evaluation system and model is applicable not only to the post-construction evaluation of Chongqing expressway continuous rigid frame bridge, but also to the post-construction evaluation of continuous rigid frame bridge in different provinces and cities in China.
