【摘要】：現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中檢驗瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性及抵抗變形的能力一般采用車轍試驗或瀝青混合料的動穩(wěn)定度,但是試驗結果與生產(chǎn)實際并沒有很好地相關性,因此本文對不同類型的瀝青混合料分別進行單軸貫入試驗及動態(tài)蠕變試驗,并通過動態(tài)蠕變試驗和貫入試驗的試驗結果,研究這兩個試驗結果隨溫度變化的關系,并建立起兩種試驗之間的關系,以指導工程實際應用。研究采用SMA-13,AC-20,AC-25,ATB-25四種級配的瀝青混合料,利用從成型的車轍板鉆取芯樣的方法成型試件,研究瀝青混合料在15℃、20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃這六種溫度下的性質(zhì)。在試驗開始之前,對原材料進行檢驗,同時控制芯樣的空隙率在一定范圍內(nèi),以確保試驗的結果不會受試驗過程以及試件本身的影響。本文研究了瀝青混合料不同級配及不同溫度的條件下抵抗變形能力的差異,建立了動態(tài)蠕變模量隨溫度變化的關系、抗剪強度隨溫度變化的關系、貫入模量隨溫度變化的關系,以及動態(tài)蠕變模量與抗剪強度、單軸貫入模量與動態(tài)蠕變模量在不同溫度下的關系。由試驗結果可以看出,瀝青混合料動態(tài)蠕變模量、抗剪強度及貫入模量都是隨著溫度的變化呈冪函數(shù)變化的關系,且相關系數(shù)比較高。單軸貫入試驗與動態(tài)蠕變試驗具有很強的相關性,在研究瀝青混合料抵抗變形以及高溫抗剪切能力方面可以互相驗證與代替,這為我們今后通過這兩種試驗方法研究瀝青混合料相關性能提供了依據(jù)與方便。
[Abstract]:In the current code, rutting test or dynamic stability of asphalt mixture are generally used to test the high temperature stability and resistance to deformation of asphalt mixture, but the test results are not well correlated with the actual production. In this paper, the uniaxial penetration test and dynamic creep test of different kinds of asphalt mixture are carried out, and the relationship between these two test results with temperature is studied through the test results of dynamic creep test and penetration test. The relationship between the two tests was established to guide the practical application of the project.
