主動鉸接盾構(gòu)在連續(xù)小半徑曲線中風(fēng)化泥巖的掘進(jìn)控制技術(shù)

【摘要】：武漢市軌道交通11號線東段工程光谷四路站—光谷五路站區(qū)間為"S"型連續(xù)曲線,最小平曲線半徑為350 m,采用盾構(gòu)法施工。通過對主動鉸接盾構(gòu)機(jī)掘進(jìn)控制的難點分析,從土壓力、千斤頂推力、千斤頂行程差、水平鉸接角度和前盾水平趨向等方面采取有針對性的技術(shù)控制措施,使成型隧道軸線、管片錯臺控制在規(guī)范允許范圍之內(nèi),成功解決了連續(xù)小半徑曲線隧道盾構(gòu)施工軸線難以控制、管片容易錯臺等大問題。
[Abstract]:There is a "S" continuous curve between the "S" type continuous curve and the radius of the most Xiaoping curve is 350 m, in the east section of Line 11 of Wuhan Rail Transit, which is constructed by shield method. Based on the analysis of the difficulties in tunneling control of active articulated shield machine, some technical control measures are taken from the aspects of earth pressure, Jack thrust, differential stroke of Jack, horizontal hinge angle and horizontal trend of front shield, so that the tunnel axis can be formed. The control of segment stagger is within the allowable range of the specification, which has successfully solved the problems such as the difficulty of controlling the axis of shield tunneling with continuous small radius curve, and the easy stagger of segment, etc.
