排水性瀝青路面在道路養(yǎng)護(hù)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目前國(guó)內(nèi)大部分的公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)初步形成,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用。然而在公路發(fā)揮著積極有效作用的同時(shí),隨著路齡的增加、交通量的增長(zhǎng),其許多服務(wù)功能正在逐漸退化,此時(shí)需要對(duì)原有道路進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù),改善其路用狀況。作為舊瀝青路面上的超薄罩面,它是道路養(yǎng)護(hù)的最主要措施。而OGFC路面是一種具有良好排水、防滑、降噪功能的新型瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu),因此,為了提高道路的行駛安全性,有必要在道路的養(yǎng)護(hù)建設(shè)中開展排水性瀝青路面的研究,將這種具有高抗滑性能和抗滑耐久性的瀝青路面技術(shù)方案充實(shí)到道路的養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)策中。本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)、外有關(guān)研究成果,結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)、實(shí)體工程及OGFC混合料特點(diǎn)對(duì)原材料、配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法及路用性能進(jìn)行了深入研究,得到了比較系統(tǒng)的OGFC在道路養(yǎng)護(hù)過程中應(yīng)用的技術(shù)成果。在原材料方面,本課題建議采用SBS改性瀝青,試驗(yàn)表明其改性效果完全可以滿足要求,對(duì)粗集料提出要求具有高強(qiáng)、耐磨、表面粗糙、棱角性好等特點(diǎn)。在配合比方面,提出了OGFC配合比設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),并圍繞設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),系統(tǒng)分析研究了礦料級(jí)配與最佳瀝青用量的確定方法。進(jìn)行了大量OGFC混合料路用性能方面的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明其路面力學(xué)性能等方面均能夠滿足要求,甚至部分性能(如高溫性能)顯著優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)抗滑表層;同時(shí)研究表明OGFC具有良好的排水性能,這對(duì)于降雨頻繁的高速公路上增加雨天行車安全系數(shù)有很大的意義。特別是作為養(yǎng)護(hù)路面類型,OGFC在抗滑耐久性方面具有其他類型瀝青混合料所不具備的優(yōu)勢(shì),能大大延長(zhǎng)路面使用壽命。利用試驗(yàn)段的鋪筑研究其施工工藝,提出了OGFC路面的施工機(jī)械組合、施工溫度控制方法以及OGFC混合料拌和、運(yùn)輸、攤鋪、碾壓等方面系統(tǒng)的施工工藝。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the highway network in China has been formed, which plays an important role in economic development. However, with the increase of road age and the increase of traffic volume, many of the service functions of highway are gradually degraded. At this time, it is necessary to maintain the existing roads and improve their road use. As the super thin overlay of old asphalt pavement, it is the main measure of road maintenance. OGFC pavement is a new asphalt pavement structure with good drainage, anti-skid and noise reduction. Therefore, in order to improve the driving safety of the road, it is necessary to carry out the research on the drainage asphalt pavement in the road maintenance and construction. The technical scheme of asphalt pavement with high skid resistance and anti-skid durability is enriched in the maintenance strategy of the road. In this paper, the raw materials, mix ratio design method and road performance are deeply studied in combination with indoor test, solid engineering and OGFC mixture characteristics, with reference to domestic and foreign related research results. The technical results of systematic application of OGFC in road maintenance are obtained. In raw materials, SBS modified asphalt is proposed in this paper. The test results show that the modified asphalt has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, rough surface and good angularity. In the aspect of mix ratio, the design goal of OGFC mixture ratio is put forward, and the determination method of mineral aggregate gradation and optimum asphalt content is systematically analyzed and studied around the design goal. A large number of indoor tests on the pavement performance of OGFC mixture have been carried out. The results show that the pavement mechanical properties can meet the requirements, and even some properties (such as high temperature performance) are obviously superior to the traditional anti-skid layer. At the same time, the study shows that OGFC has good drainage performance, which has great significance for increasing the safety factor of driving on rainy days on the highway with frequent rainfall. Especially as a kind of pavement maintenance, OGFC has advantages over other kinds of asphalt mixture in the aspect of anti-skid durability, which can greatly prolong the pavement service life. The construction technology of OGFC pavement is studied by using the paving of test section. The construction machinery combination, construction temperature control method and systematic construction technology of OGFC mixture mixing, transportation, spreading and rolling are put forward.
