曲線頂管管幕管間相互影響研究

【摘要】:曲線頂管管幕施工較直線頂管管幕精度控制難度大、管間相互影響顯著、管幕形成更難。文章以港珠澳大橋拱北隧道曲線頂管管幕施工為依托,通過模型試驗、數值模擬、現場試驗等手段對曲線頂管管幕管間相互影響進行了研究,分析了頂管對土體的累積擾動、土體應變以及管土接觸壓力、軌跡影響等規(guī)律特征。結果表明:頂管頂進過程中,頂管機頭前方的地表發(fā)生隆起,機頭前方土體橫、縱向應變增大;模型試驗所得土體的位移及應變變化規(guī)律與數值模擬結果較為一致;在頂進參數有效控制、施工措施得當的條件下,通過及時測量糾偏,曲線管幕頂管間的相互影響可得到有效降低和控制,可確保頂管形成管幕。
[Abstract]:The precision control of curved pipe curtain is more difficult than that of straight line pipe curtain construction, and the interaction between pipes is obvious, and the formation of pipe curtain is more difficult. Based on the construction of curved top pipe curtain of Gongbei Tunnel of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, this paper studies the interaction between curve-top pipe curtain and pipe through model test, numerical simulation and field test, and analyzes the cumulative disturbance caused by pipe jacking to soil. The characteristics of soil strain, the contact pressure of pipe and soil, the influence of trajectory, etc. The results show that the earth surface in front of the pipe-jacking die bulges, the transverse and longitudinal strain of soil increases in front of the pipe-jacking head, and the displacement and strain variation of the soil obtained from the model test are consistent with the numerical simulation results. Under the condition of effective control of jacking parameters and proper construction measures, through timely measurement and correction, the interaction between pipe jacking with curved curtain can be effectively reduced and controlled, and the pipe jacking can be ensured to form pipe curtain.
