船閘平面閥門(mén)主軌道技術(shù)進(jìn)展

【摘要】:主軌道是保證船閘平面閥門(mén)正常運(yùn)行的重要支承部件。評(píng)述了近幾十年來(lái)常見(jiàn)的整體式軌道、外掛式鑲面板軌道和嵌入式鑲面板軌道的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),分析了低碳鋼、鑄鋼、優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼、合金鋼和激光熔覆層等作為主軌道踏面材料的磨損特性,給出了主軌道結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的改進(jìn)措施和軌道踏面材料的選擇方向。
[Abstract]:The main track is an important supporting part to ensure the normal operation of the plane valve of ship lock. This paper reviews the structural forms, advantages and disadvantages of monolithic track, external mounted panel track and embedded panel track, and analyzes low carbon steel, cast steel and high quality carbon steel. Alloy steel and laser cladding layer are used as the wear characteristics of the main track tread material. The improvement measures of the main track structure optimization and the selection direction of the track tread material are given.
