冷拌超薄瀝青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:冷拌超薄瀝青混合料是一種新型路面材料。為驗證其可行性,選用兩種乳化劑和3種常用超薄層級配來測試其路用性能。首先采用修正馬歇爾方法進行了3種級配的配合比設計,得到了最佳瀝青摻量。然后按照規(guī)范規(guī)定方法,測定了不同組合的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫穩(wěn)定性、水穩(wěn)定性和表面抗滑性能。測試結果顯示,只有A種乳化劑和SMA-10組合才能滿足規(guī)范規(guī)定的各項指標,滿足工程可行性。限制冷拌超薄瀝青混合料功能的不是高溫性能和表面抗滑性能,而是水穩(wěn)定性能和低溫性能,此領域尚待深入研究。
[Abstract]:Cold-mixed ultra-thin asphalt mixture is a new type of pavement material. In order to verify its feasibility, two kinds of emulsifiers and three kinds of commonly used ultra-thin layers were selected to test their road performance. At first, the modified Marshall method was used to design the mixture ratio of three grades, and the optimum asphalt content was obtained. The stability of high temperature, low temperature, water and surface skid resistance of different combinations were determined according to the standard method. The test results show that only the combination of A emulsifier and SMA-10 can meet the specifications and meet the engineering feasibility. The function of cold mix ultra-thin asphalt mixture is not limited by high temperature performance and surface skid resistance, but by water stability and low temperature performance.
