省域高速公路車檢器網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效度辨識(shí)與分析

【摘要】:智能交通系統(tǒng)將先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)、電子傳感技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)通訊傳輸技術(shù)、電子控制技術(shù)以及計(jì)算機(jī)處理技術(shù)等有效地集成運(yùn)用于整個(gè)交通運(yùn)輸管理體系,其核心是通過(guò)各種交通分析模型完成對(duì)大量交通流數(shù)據(jù)的處理及分析,從而形成有效的控制策略,提高交通運(yùn)輸效率。原始交通流數(shù)據(jù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)“智能交通”的基礎(chǔ),而車輛檢測(cè)器作為一種常見定點(diǎn)檢測(cè)器,其采集的流量、占有率、密度等參數(shù)廣泛使用于諸多的交通應(yīng)用,是最為普遍、豐富的數(shù)據(jù)源。本文主要針對(duì)高速公路車輛檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的完整率和精度等是否能滿足交通應(yīng)用的需求,其布設(shè)位置是否較為合理為研究目的,對(duì)路網(wǎng)的車檢器檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量及布設(shè)位置的必要性進(jìn)行評(píng)估。最后綜合數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量和布設(shè)位置必要性兩方面計(jì)算出車檢器網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效度,為管理者提供評(píng)價(jià)車檢器使用價(jià)值的方法。在數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)估前,首先對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理即數(shù)據(jù)清洗及數(shù)據(jù)修補(bǔ)。數(shù)據(jù)清洗將車檢器流量檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)篩選、閾值篩選、交通流三參數(shù)關(guān)系進(jìn)行逐步判斷,對(duì)錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行篩選;然后利用四分位數(shù)法,運(yùn)用全年某時(shí)段的車檢器檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)某一天某時(shí)段的缺失數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)的修補(bǔ)算法與本文的四分位數(shù)修補(bǔ)法進(jìn)行誤差對(duì)比,得出此算法誤差較低,更具有有效性。檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量評(píng)估包含了準(zhǔn)確性、有效性、完整性、唯一性、穩(wěn)定性等因素,結(jié)合這些因素運(yùn)用加權(quán)平均數(shù)法進(jìn)行評(píng)估;車檢器布設(shè)位置的必要性按照所起的交通行為分析、事件檢測(cè)、交通控制、交通規(guī)劃等四方面用途進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效度是將數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果和布設(shè)位置必要性兩者結(jié)合而得出。最后,本文對(duì)陜西省某路段的車檢器進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析。通過(guò)對(duì)車檢器網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效度的對(duì)比分析,得出有助于管理者進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策的科學(xué)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:It integrates advanced information technology, electronic sensing technology, data communication technology, electronic control technology and computer processing technology into the whole transportation management system. Its core is to process and analyze a large number of traffic flow data through various traffic analysis models, so as to form effective control strategy and improve transportation efficiency. The original traffic flow data is the basis of realizing "intelligent traffic". As a common fixed-point detector, the traffic flow, occupation rate, density and other parameters collected by the vehicle detector are widely used in many traffic applications. Rich data sources. This paper mainly aims at whether the complete rate and precision of detection data of freeway vehicle detector can meet the needs of traffic application, and whether the location of the vehicle detector is more reasonable for the purpose of research. This paper evaluates the quality of the inspection data and the necessity of the location of the vehicle detector in the road network. Finally, the efficiency degree of vehicle detector network is calculated from the aspects of data quality and location necessity, which provides a method for managers to evaluate the use value of vehicle inspector. Before evaluating the quality of data, we preprocess the data, namely data cleaning and data repair. Data cleaning determines the relationship of three parameters of traffic flow through basic screening, threshold screening and traffic flow, and filters the wrong data. Then by using the quartile method, the missing data of a certain period of a day are repaired by using the vehicle detector data of a certain period of the year. By comparing the traditional repair algorithm with the quartile repair algorithm in this paper, it is concluded that the error of this algorithm is lower and more effective. The quality evaluation of test data includes the factors of accuracy, validity, completeness, uniqueness, stability and so on. The weighted average method is used to evaluate these factors. The necessity of vehicle detector placement is evaluated according to the traffic behavior analysis, event detection, traffic control and traffic planning, and the network effectiveness is derived from the combination of the data evaluation results and the location necessity. Finally, this paper analyzes the vehicle detector in a section of Shaanxi Province. Through the comparison and analysis of the network effectiveness of the vehicle inspector, the scientific conclusions are obtained, which are helpful for the managers to make scientific decisions.
