橋梁作為潛在恐襲目標(biāo)的ANP仿真模型

【摘要】:為評(píng)估橋梁恐怖襲擊風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出了一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(ANP)的橋梁恐怖襲擊風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估仿真模型。通過(guò)構(gòu)建橋梁恐怖襲擊風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和ANP網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,采用Delphi咨詢(xún)法和Saaty標(biāo)度法對(duì)部分定性評(píng)估指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了量化,利用SD軟件,分別使用ANP和AHP兩種方法對(duì)某地區(qū)五座橋梁作為潛在恐襲目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和對(duì)比分析。仿真結(jié)果表明,ANP方法能改進(jìn)AHP風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型的不足,評(píng)估結(jié)果可為相關(guān)部門(mén)反恐提供決策參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the risk of bridge terrorist attack, a simulation model of bridge terrorist attack risk assessment based on network analysis method (ANP) is proposed. Through the construction of the bridge terrorist attack risk assessment index system and the ANP network model, the Delphi consultation method and the Saaty scale method are used to quantify some qualitative evaluation indexes, and the SD software is used. The risk assessment and comparative analysis of five bridges as potential targets in a certain area were carried out by using ANP and AHP methods respectively. The simulation results show that the ANP method can improve the deficiency of AHP risk assessment model, and the evaluation results can provide a reference for the relevant departments to make decisions on anti-terrorism.
