大直徑中空孔直眼掏槽微振動(dòng)爆破參數(shù)研究

【摘要】:為最大限度減小掏槽區(qū)的爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)地表建筑物的擾動(dòng),以青島地鐵3號(hào)線太延區(qū)間下穿伊美爾整形醫(yī)院段為背景,通過(guò)理論分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),對(duì)大直徑中空孔直眼掏槽的中空孔孔徑、掏槽裝藥炮孔數(shù)目、首響孔與中空孔距離、逐孔起爆時(shí)差和中空孔布設(shè)位置各爆破參數(shù)進(jìn)行探討。結(jié)果表明:在斷面中下部位布置直徑為120~150 mm的中空孔,環(huán)形布置4個(gè)掏槽眼,首響孔距中空孔200~350 mm,逐孔起爆時(shí)差宜在40 ms以上,可使掏槽爆破振速得到有效控制。
[Abstract]:In order to minimize the disturbance of blasting vibration to the surface buildings in the cutting area, taking the section of Yimer plastic Hospital under the Taiyan section of Qingdao Metro Line 3 as the background, the theoretical analysis and field test are carried out. The hole diameter, the number of charge holes, the distance between the first ring hole and the hollow hole, the blasting time difference and the location of the hollow hole are discussed. The results show that a hole with a diameter of 120,150 mm is arranged in the lower part of the section, four cut holes are arranged in a ring, and the time difference between the first hole and the hollow hole is more than 40 ms, which can effectively control the vibration velocity of the cut blasting.
