鄰近水庫(kù)(水牛家)隧道開(kāi)挖圍巖變形特性研究

【摘要】:本文依托四川省道S205線(xiàn)水牛家一號(hào)隧道(右側(cè)緊鄰水庫(kù))監(jiān)控量測(cè)項(xiàng)目,結(jié)合實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析了典型Ⅳ、Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖段和大變形段的圍巖變形規(guī)律,并從地質(zhì)水文因素出發(fā),分析了引起隧道開(kāi)挖圍巖變形的原因;研究了隧道周邊收斂不對(duì)稱(chēng)的特征,運(yùn)用有限元軟件ANSYS分析了庫(kù)水處于最高水位時(shí),其靜水壓力和軟化隧道右側(cè)巖體的作用分別對(duì)圍巖變形產(chǎn)生的影響,通過(guò)對(duì)比三種工況,得出了引起周邊收斂不對(duì)稱(chēng)的直接原因;模擬水牛家隧道臺(tái)階法開(kāi)挖過(guò)程,得出了該過(guò)程中圍巖和初期支護(hù)的受力及變形規(guī)律,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)支護(hù)參數(shù)的合理性。主要取得了以下成果:(1)隧道上臺(tái)階開(kāi)挖后15天內(nèi)圍巖累計(jì)變形值達(dá)到總值的50%-60%。下臺(tái)階開(kāi)挖完成14天后可施做二襯。二襯滯后3個(gè)月的圍巖變形擴(kuò)大值約占總值的10%,但圍巖仍保持穩(wěn)定。(2)從隧道進(jìn)口到出口,周邊收斂總值逐漸增大,變形不對(duì)稱(chēng)(右收斂大于左收斂)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)增強(qiáng),但增強(qiáng)的趨勢(shì)逐漸減弱。(3)引起隧道變形不對(duì)稱(chēng)的直接原因?yàn)?水庫(kù)水位上升過(guò)程中,水不斷滲入巖體,碳質(zhì)千枚巖遇水軟化,強(qiáng)度降低,對(duì)高地應(yīng)力和開(kāi)挖后巖層膨脹產(chǎn)生的側(cè)向壓力的抵御能力變?nèi)酢?4)隧道上臺(tái)階開(kāi)挖后,在兩側(cè)邊墻發(fā)生了應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,實(shí)際施工中應(yīng)注意加強(qiáng)支護(hù);下臺(tái)階開(kāi)挖后建議不設(shè)錨桿;初期支護(hù)整體滿(mǎn)足強(qiáng)度要求,設(shè)計(jì)較合理。本文的研究成果為隧道建成后進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期變形監(jiān)測(cè)提供了理論依據(jù),可指導(dǎo)今后鄰近水庫(kù)隧道的設(shè)計(jì)和施工,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
