高速夯實機在臺背路基回填中應用的技術研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國國民經濟的快速發(fā)展,我國的高速公路建設也在蓬勃發(fā)展。在高速公路的運營期間,由于車輛的載重大、行駛的速度快,會有許多工程問題暴露出來,尤其是路橋連接處出現的橋頭跳車現象。如果臺背填土的質量不能滿足施工要求,就會導致在臺背處出現較大不均勻沉降,嚴重威脅行車的安全性和舒適性。由于該類結構的施工中,臺背、涵側墻背填筑是在構造物完成后進行的,在填筑時既要考慮壓實設備的沖擊能量和沖擊范圍不損壞構造物,同時又要滿足路基規(guī)范在臺背處的密實度要求,這為公路臺背回填施工提出了更嚴格的技術要求。實際操作中,由于工作面比較狹窄,大型壓實機械往往運行不便,效率低,且對一些操作死角難以精細壓實;而小型夯實設備通常又難以保證回填達到規(guī)定的壓實度,因此,施工難度較大。目前,通常使用臺背檢測數據來評定橋涵臺背的回填質量。臺背回填質量檢測已經成為了臺背路基施工控制和施工質量管理的基礎性和關鍵性的方法,會對施工的質量以及施工進度產生很大影響,國外已經開始對臺背回填逐漸的重視起來。合理的對臺背回填質量進行檢測可以有效的提高施工質量和進度。但是,我國還沒有對臺背路基回填的檢測方法加以重視,導致了大量的臺背回填不滿足施工要求,致使出現橋頭跳車現象。因此,為了滿足我國公路建設的發(fā)展需求,必須得對橋頭臺背回填施工質量加以控制,保證我國公路質量,促進我國公路行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。本文探討了高速夯實機在臺背路基回填中的應用,并探討了高速夯實機的基本工作原理和施工方法,通過軟件模擬和現場試驗,全面分析了高速夯實機對橋頭臺背路基進行夯擊時的作用效果以及影響。通過高速夯實機處理臺背路基的現場試驗,還得到詳細、可靠的數據,通過對這些數據進行分析,總結歸納了高速夯實機的作用機理、施工效果以及高速夯實機的施工方法。此外,本論文分析高速夯實機對臺背路基夯實的施工質量檢測,提出了滿足施工要求的施工技術參數和施工工藝。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's national economy, highway construction in China is booming. During the operation of freeway, many engineering problems will be exposed due to the heavy load of vehicles and the high speed of driving, especially the phenomenon of bridgehead jumping at the junction of road and bridge. If the quality of the backfill can not meet the construction requirements, it will lead to a large uneven settlement at the back of the abutment, which will seriously threaten the safety and comfort of driving. In the construction of this kind of structure, the backfill of abutment back and culvert wall is carried out after the completion of the structure, so it is necessary to consider the impact energy and impact range of compaction equipment without damaging the structure. At the same time, it is necessary to meet the compactness requirement of roadbed code at the back of abutment, which puts forward more strict technical requirements for backfill construction of highway abutment back. In practical operation, because of the narrow working face, the large compaction machinery is often inconvenient and inefficient, and it is difficult to fine compaction for some operation dead angles. However, it is difficult to ensure that the backfill can reach the specified compaction degree, so the construction is difficult. At present, the backfill quality of bridge and culvert abutment is usually evaluated by abutment test data. The quality detection of backfill on abutment has become the basic and key method of subgrade construction control and construction quality management, which will have a great impact on the construction quality and construction progress. Foreign countries have begun to pay attention to the backfill gradually. Reasonable check of backfill quality of abutment backfill can effectively improve construction quality and progress. However, our country has not paid much attention to the detection method of subgrade backfill on the back of abutment, which leads to a large number of backfill of abutment backfill not meeting the construction requirements, which leads to the phenomenon of bridge-head jumping. Therefore, in order to meet the development needs of highway construction in China, it is necessary to control the backfill construction quality of bridgehead abutment, ensure the quality of highway in our country, and promote the vigorous development of highway industry in our country. This paper discusses the application of high speed ramming machine in the backfill of embankment on the back of abutment, and discusses the basic working principle and construction method of the high speed ramming machine through software simulation and field test. The effect and influence of high-speed ramming machine on the roadbed at the back of bridge abutment are analyzed. The detailed and reliable data are obtained through the field test of treating the roadbed on the back of the platform by the high-speed ramming machine. Through the analysis of these data, the working mechanism, the construction effect and the construction method of the high-speed ramming machine are summarized. In addition, this paper analyzes the construction quality inspection of high speed ramming machine for the roadbed on the back of the platform, and puts forward the construction technical parameters and construction technology to meet the construction requirements.
