公路工程材料試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)影響因素的研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)公路工程建設(shè)中,試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)是公路工程建設(shè)和養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,是質(zhì)量控制和竣工驗(yàn)收評(píng)定工作中不可或缺的主要環(huán)節(jié)。近年來(lái),在工程建設(shè)中由于構(gòu)筑物的質(zhì)量不達(dá)標(biāo)而引起報(bào)廢的情況時(shí)有發(fā)生,產(chǎn)生質(zhì)量事故的原因是多方面的,但很多工程質(zhì)量問題中都可見材料問題的蹤跡。由于試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)影響因素較多,很難完全控制其工作質(zhì)量。本文以公路工程試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)為背景,以工程材料為分析對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析公路工程材料試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)過(guò)程中對(duì)試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)質(zhì)量有影響的因素指標(biāo)以及影響程度,提出合適的管理方案,對(duì)于提高試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)水平具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對(duì)材料試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,明確了公路工程試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作模式、概念等相關(guān)內(nèi)容,對(duì)工程材料所包含內(nèi)容進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,對(duì)管理體系和試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)4M1E(人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán))進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱、專家分析以及與企業(yè)檢測(cè)人員調(diào)查等方法,分別得出在試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)過(guò)程中可能存在的影響因素指標(biāo),對(duì)這三方面確定的影響因素指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合分析,確定了最終的試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)影響因素指標(biāo)。然后利用層次分析法對(duì)材料試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)影響因素進(jìn)行分析,得到試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)影響因素指標(biāo)的相對(duì)重要性權(quán)值。通過(guò)重要性權(quán)值的比較,確定各影響因素對(duì)試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)質(zhì)量控制的影響程度,并得出在試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)過(guò)程中應(yīng)采取的控制方案。最后根據(jù)案例企業(yè)的問題分析,引入水泥試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行影響因素研究,得到具體項(xiàng)目參數(shù)的試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)要根據(jù)參數(shù)特點(diǎn),在全面管理的基礎(chǔ)上,有重點(diǎn)的進(jìn)行控制。本文結(jié)合工程材料試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),根據(jù)目前的管理現(xiàn)狀和方法,對(duì)材料試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)影響因素進(jìn)行了深入的研究,研究成果對(duì)于提高試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作質(zhì)量可起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In the construction of highway engineering in China, test and inspection is an important part of highway engineering construction and maintenance management, and it is an indispensable part of quality control and acceptance evaluation of completion. In recent years, in engineering construction due to the quality of structures that do not meet the standard and lead to scrap, the causes of quality accidents are various, but many engineering quality problems can be seen in the trace of material problems. It is difficult to control the working quality completely because there are many influencing factors in the test. In this paper, based on the background of highway engineering test and test, taking engineering materials as the analysis object, through analyzing the factors and the degree of influence on the test and test quality in the course of highway engineering material test and testing, the appropriate management scheme is put forward. It is of practical significance to improve the test level. In this paper, the current situation of material test and inspection management is analyzed, the work mode and concept of highway engineering test and inspection are defined, the contents of engineering material are introduced briefly, and the management system and test 4M1E (human being) are introduced. Machine, material, method, ring are analyzed. Through literature review, expert analysis and investigation with enterprise examiners, the possible influencing factors in the process of testing and testing are obtained, and the influencing factors determined in these three aspects are analyzed synthetically. Finally, the index of influencing factors was determined. Then, the influence factors of material test are analyzed by AHP, and the relative importance weight of the index is obtained. Through the comparison of the weight of importance, the influence degree of each influencing factor on the quality control of test detection is determined, and the control scheme that should be adopted in the process of test and test is obtained. Finally, according to the case analysis of the enterprise, the cement test project is introduced to study the influencing factors, and the test and detection of the specific project parameters should be controlled according to the characteristics of the parameters and on the basis of overall management. In this paper, based on the practical experience of engineering material test and testing, according to the present management situation and methods, the influencing factors of material test and testing are deeply studied. The research results can promote the improvement of the quality of testing and testing.
