路基壓實質(zhì)量評價指標的研究

【摘要】:壓實是道路建設非常重要的過程,被壓實材料需要壓實以確保路基承載能力、穩(wěn)定性和強度。在施工過程中壓實不足會引起道路滲水、車轍、開裂等;過壓實會引起被壓實材料遭到破壞。為了保證道路有良好的壓實質(zhì)量,在施工中必須嚴格控制路基壓實質(zhì)量,因此需要選擇合適的壓實質(zhì)量評價指標和檢測方法對壓實路基進行質(zhì)量控制。本文采用理論分析并結(jié)合相關試驗的研究方法,歸納了一些壓實質(zhì)量物理評價指標——壓實度、孔隙率、空氣體積率、相對密度等,壓實質(zhì)量力學評價指標——動態(tài)變形模量、塑性變形增量、地基系數(shù)30K、承載比等,分析了壓實質(zhì)量物理評價指標之間的相關性,壓實質(zhì)量力學評價指標之間相關性,以及壓實質(zhì)量物理評價指標和力學評價指標之間的相關性。通過分析可以看出壓實質(zhì)量評價指標之間存在一定的相關性,因此,在壓實施工中,應該根據(jù)壓實材料的特性、施工工況合理的選擇壓實質(zhì)量評價指標及檢測方法,保證施工質(zhì)量,提高施工效率。針對常用的壓實質(zhì)量評價指標——壓實度及其檢測技術介紹了一些傳統(tǒng)檢測方法,針對這些檢測方法的局限性,重點說明了智能壓實檢測的優(yōu)勢及其各廠家和單位常用的智能壓實檢測指標,為工程施工人員選擇合適的壓實質(zhì)量檢測方法提供參考。針對實驗室級配土路基進行低幅和高幅壓實試驗,對試驗數(shù)據(jù)壓實度、累積沉降量進行分析,提出了壓實度與累積沉降量雙指標控制級配土路基的壓實質(zhì)量;試驗中還采集了不同壓實遍數(shù)下不同深度的土壓力信號,通過對土壓力信號進行分析,得出了土壓力可以作為壓實質(zhì)量評價的一種指標,為振動輪工作狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測和被壓實材料的密實度評估提供了一種新的檢測手段。
[Abstract]:Compaction is a very important process in road construction. Compaction materials need to be compacted to ensure the bearing capacity, stability and strength of roadbed. During construction, insufficient compaction will cause road seepage, rutting and cracking, and over-compaction will lead to the destruction of compacted materials. In order to ensure the good compaction quality of road, the compaction quality of roadbed must be strictly controlled in construction, so it is necessary to select appropriate evaluation index and testing method to control the quality of compacted roadbed. In this paper, some physical evaluation indexes of compaction quality, such as compactness, porosity, air volume ratio, relative density and dynamic deformation modulus, are summarized by means of theoretical analysis and related test. Plastic deformation increment, foundation coefficient 30K, bearing ratio, etc., the correlation of physical evaluation index of compaction quality and the correlation of mechanical evaluation index of compaction quality are analyzed. And the correlation between physical evaluation index of compaction quality and mechanical evaluation index. Through the analysis, we can see that there is a certain correlation between the evaluation index of compaction quality, therefore, in the compaction construction, according to the characteristics of compaction material, the evaluation index and testing method of compaction quality should be reasonably selected. Ensure construction quality and improve construction efficiency. In this paper, some traditional testing methods are introduced for compaction degree and its testing technology, and the limitations of these methods are pointed out. The advantages of intelligent compaction testing and the commonly used intelligent compaction testing indexes of various manufacturers and units are emphatically explained, which provides a reference for engineering construction personnel to select suitable compaction quality testing methods. Based on the low amplitude and high amplitude compaction tests of laboratory graded subgrade, the compaction degree and cumulative settlement of test data are analyzed, and the compaction quality of graded subgrade is controlled by both compactness and cumulative settlement. In the experiment, the earth pressure signals of different depth under different compaction times are collected, and through the analysis of the earth pressure signals, it is concluded that the earth pressure can be used as an index of compaction quality evaluation. It provides a new method for monitoring the working condition of vibration wheel and evaluating the compaction degree of compacted material.
