鄰近建筑物條件下西安地鐵盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及減災(zāi)技術(shù)

【摘要】:開(kāi)展鄰近建筑物條件下西安地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及減災(zāi)技術(shù)具有重要的理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文以西安地鐵3號(hào)線某區(qū)間隧道工程為依托,對(duì)鄰近建筑物條件下西安盾構(gòu)隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及減災(zāi)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。主要結(jié)論有:(1)分析了鄰近建筑物條件下西安地鐵盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的主要影響因素,包括工程地質(zhì)因素、建筑物基礎(chǔ)類型因素、建筑物與隧道相對(duì)位置因素及盾構(gòu)施工工藝因素等4個(gè)一級(jí)影響因素和14個(gè)二級(jí)影響因素。(2)將鄰近建筑物條件下西安地鐵盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)劃分為五個(gè)等級(jí),在層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的基礎(chǔ)上建立了鄰近建筑物條件下西安地鐵盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系,并提出了鄰近建筑物條件下盾構(gòu)隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制技術(shù)流程。(3)提出了鄰近建筑物條件下西安地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道施工減災(zāi)技術(shù)措施,主要包括工程地質(zhì)、建筑物基礎(chǔ)類型、建筑物與隧道相對(duì)位置和盾構(gòu)施工工藝減災(zāi)技術(shù)等四個(gè)方面。(4)基于模糊綜合評(píng)估法,某區(qū)間建工金華酒店樓房附近盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)評(píng)估為三級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),屬于中度風(fēng)險(xiǎn),需要采取措施將盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)降為一級(jí)。采用FLAC軟件預(yù)測(cè)了盾構(gòu)過(guò)程中該樓房地面沉降、基礎(chǔ)變形及傾斜變形規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明隧道盾構(gòu)過(guò)程中該樓房地面沉降、基礎(chǔ)沉降都超過(guò)了警戒值,必須采取減災(zāi)措施確保盾構(gòu)過(guò)程中建工金華酒店樓房的安全。(5)提出了建工金華酒店樓房附近盾構(gòu)施工減災(zāi)措施并制定樓房變形監(jiān)測(cè)方案。結(jié)合該樓房變形實(shí)測(cè)值可知,在采取減災(zāi)措施以后,樓房變形都在可控范圍內(nèi),大大降低了盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保了盾構(gòu)施工過(guò)程中該樓房的安全,表明建工金華酒店樓房附近盾構(gòu)施工減災(zāi)措施是合理有效的。
[Abstract]:It is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to carry out risk assessment and disaster reduction technology of shield tunneling in Xi'an metro under the condition of adjacent buildings. Based on a section tunnel project of Xi'an Metro Line 3, this paper studies the risk assessment and mitigation technology of Xi'an shield tunnel under the condition of adjacent buildings. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the main influencing factors of shield tunneling risk in Xi'an metro under the condition of adjacent buildings are analyzed, including engineering geological factors, building foundation type factors, The relative position of the building to the tunnel and the technical factors of shield construction are four first-order and fourteen second-order influencing factors. (2) the construction risk of Xi'an metro shield construction is divided into five grades under the condition of adjacent buildings. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a risk assessment system for shield tunneling construction of Xi'an metro is established under the condition of adjacent buildings. The technical process of risk control in shield tunnel construction under the condition of adjacent buildings is put forward. (3) the technical measures for disaster reduction of shield tunnel construction in Xi'an metro under the condition of adjacent buildings are put forward, which mainly include engineering geology, building foundation type, and so on. The relative position of the building to the tunnel and the technology of shield construction technology are four aspects. (4) based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk grade of shield tunneling construction near the building of Jinhua Hotel is classified as three grade risk, which belongs to moderate risk. Measures need to be taken to reduce the risk level of shield construction to one level. The ground subsidence, foundation deformation and inclined deformation of the building during shield tunneling are predicted by FLAC software. The results show that the ground subsidence of the building and the foundation settlement exceed the warning value during shield tunneling. Disaster mitigation measures must be taken to ensure the safety of Jinhua hotel building during shield tunneling. (5) the mitigation measures of shield construction near the building of Jiangong Jinhua Hotel and the monitoring scheme of building deformation are put forward. Combined with the measured values of the deformation of the building, it can be seen that after the disaster reduction measures are taken, the deformation of the building is controlled, which greatly reduces the risk of shield construction and ensures the safety of the building in the course of shield construction. It shows that the shield construction disaster reduction measures near the building of Jinhua Hotel are reasonable and effective.
