白石窯雙線船閘輸水系統(tǒng)及引航道非恒定流數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:白石窯樞紐是北江自上而下第三個梯級,改建的白石窯樞紐一線船閘和新建的白石窯樞紐二線船閘并列布置于左岸,一二線船閘共用上、下游引航道,且兩線船閘不等長,船閘等級為Ⅲ級。設(shè)計(jì)要求的充泄水時(shí)間短、流量大、強(qiáng)度高,兩線船閘均采用閘墻長廊道多支管輸水系統(tǒng),其布置雖較簡單,但與要求較高的船閘充、泄水時(shí)間、船舶停泊條件、上下游引航道通航水力學(xué)條件相比,滿足其水力學(xué)要求的難度較大。如何使新兩線船閘高效、安全、平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行,解決其在運(yùn)行過程中輸水系統(tǒng)布置的一系列水力學(xué)問題是非常必要的。本文通過建立兩線船閘整體水力學(xué)物理模型,對兩線船閘輸水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,提出了相應(yīng)優(yōu)化措施;并通過建立引航道二維水流數(shù)學(xué)模型,深入分析了船閘灌泄水過程中,引航道內(nèi)水流特點(diǎn)及其水力特性,為船閘運(yùn)行調(diào)度及船閘設(shè)計(jì)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)研究表明:白石窯一二線船閘采用的閘墻長廊道多支管輸水系統(tǒng)布置基本合理,水力特性指標(biāo)滿足規(guī)范要求;經(jīng)對閘室消能工比選優(yōu)化,兩線船閘充水過程閘室停泊條件好,船舶系纜力較小;針對船閘泄水時(shí)下引航道內(nèi)水流特點(diǎn),通過調(diào)整船閘輔導(dǎo)墻工程措施,改善了二線船閘泄水過程中引航道內(nèi)水流條件;對于二線船閘灌泄水時(shí)出現(xiàn)的超灌、超降現(xiàn)象,可在原型運(yùn)行時(shí),采取提前關(guān)閉閥門或平水開啟人字門等措施,減小超灌、超降值。二維非恒定流數(shù)模研究表明:船閘充水過程,三種運(yùn)行工況下,上引航道停泊區(qū)最大水位變幅在0.15m~0.28m左右,上引航道內(nèi)流速多在0.3m/s~0.5m/s之間,滿足規(guī)范不大于0.8m/s的要求。船閘泄水過程中,在各種運(yùn)行工況下,船閘下引航道停泊區(qū)最大水位變幅在0.25m~0.39m左右,二線船閘單獨(dú)運(yùn)行停泊區(qū)的流速在0.3m/s~0.7m/s,一、二線船閘同時(shí)泄水,下引航道流速大于規(guī)范要求1.0m/s要求,所以原型應(yīng)避免兩線船閘同時(shí)充、泄水。
