基于全壽命周期成本的高速公路改擴(kuò)建舊路交通設(shè)施再利用評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,許多高速公路通行能力日趨不足,高速公路改擴(kuò)建需求迫切及廣泛,交通設(shè)施再利用是節(jié)約高速公路改擴(kuò)建資源和成本的有效途徑,與此同時(shí)交通設(shè)施再利用還是節(jié)能減排工程的有利表現(xiàn)。本文在考慮全壽命周期成本分析的前提下,對(duì)安全設(shè)施、綠化植被、機(jī)電設(shè)施進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,主要做了以下幾方面工作:1、本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外護(hù)欄的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和實(shí)際工程,基于再利用的技術(shù)和全壽命周期經(jīng)濟(jì)要求,研究制定了護(hù)欄評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及方法,針對(duì)舊護(hù)欄防撞能力不足問(wèn)題,提出護(hù)欄再利用改造方案,并對(duì)該方案就立柱埋深、混凝土標(biāo)號(hào)確定、鋼筋配筋、混凝土澆筑高度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)JTGD81-2006《公路交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》規(guī)范防撞能力要求,設(shè)計(jì)護(hù)欄沖擊碰撞室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。選用LS-DYNA顯式動(dòng)力分析程序進(jìn)行仿真模擬,對(duì)護(hù)欄改造方案的防撞性能進(jìn)行了模擬仿真驗(yàn)證。最后基于全壽命周期對(duì)護(hù)欄改造方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和分析評(píng)價(jià)。2、綠化植被對(duì)于高速公路防眩、美化及防風(fēng)固沙有著不可替代的作用,針對(duì)綠化植被再利用技術(shù)和全壽命周期經(jīng)濟(jì)要求,結(jié)合植被規(guī)格、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出其生長(zhǎng)狀況評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)及檢測(cè)方法,并介紹了植被再利用方案以及植被移植技術(shù)。最后通過(guò)對(duì)高速公路綠化全壽命周期經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證高速公路綠化再利用方案的可行性。3、機(jī)電設(shè)施作為高速公路不可或缺的一部分,其再利用研究在高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程中是節(jié)約經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效手段。通過(guò)建立機(jī)電設(shè)施再利用質(zhì)量檢測(cè)技術(shù)評(píng)定方法,結(jié)合機(jī)電設(shè)施外觀評(píng)價(jià)與性能測(cè)試,提出了再利用技術(shù)流程。并結(jié)合機(jī)電設(shè)施運(yùn)行全過(guò)程建立了其全壽命周期成本分析理論。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country, the capacity of many expressways is becoming insufficient day by day, and the demand for expressway reconstruction and extension is urgent and extensive. The reuse of traffic facilities is an effective way to save the resources and cost of expressway reconstruction and extension. At the same time, the reuse of transport facilities or energy conservation and emission reduction project favorable performance. In this paper, the safety facilities, greening vegetation, mechanical and electrical facilities are systematically studied on the premise of life-cycle cost analysis. The main work is as follows: 1, this paper combines the relevant standards and practical engineering of the guardrail at home and abroad. Based on the reuse technology and the economic requirement of the whole life cycle, the evaluation index and method of the guardrail are studied and established. Aiming at the problem of insufficient anti-collision ability of the old guardrail, the reconstruction scheme of reusing the guardrail is put forward, and the depth of the column is buried in the scheme. The detailed design of concrete label, reinforcement and height of concrete pouring is carried out in detail. According to the JTGD81-2006 Code for Design of Highway Traffic Safety facilities, the indoor experimental scheme for impact of guardrail is designed according to the requirements of anti-collision capability. LS-DYNA explicit dynamic analysis program is used to simulate and verify the anti-collision performance of the guardrail reconstruction scheme. Finally, based on the whole life cycle, the economic benefits of the reconstruction scheme of guardrail are calculated and analyzed. 2. The greening vegetation plays an irreplaceable role in preventing glare, beautifying and preventing wind and sand fixation of highway. According to the requirements of greening vegetation reuse technology and whole life cycle economy, combined with vegetation specifications and quality standards, this paper puts forward the evaluation technology and testing method of its growth status, and introduces the vegetation reuse scheme and vegetation transplantation technology. Finally, by evaluating the economic benefits of the whole life cycle of expressway greening, the feasibility of expressway greening reuse scheme is verified. 3. As an indispensable part of expressway, mechanical and electrical facilities, The research of its reuse is an effective means to economize on economy in expressway reconstruction and extension project. Based on the establishment of the evaluation method of the reutilization quality testing technology of the electromechanical facilities, combined with the appearance evaluation and the performance test of the mechanical and electrical facilities, the technical flow of the reuse technology is put forward. The whole life cycle cost analysis theory is established based on the whole operation process of electromechanical facilities.
