拱橋汽車設(shè)計荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分析

【摘要】:分析了超載車輛對橋梁的影響與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范即《公路橋涵設(shè)計通用規(guī)范》(JTG D60—2015)中的汽車荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對公路上運營車輛荷載的適用性,研究了廣深高速公路車輛荷載的動態(tài)稱重系統(tǒng)(WIM)實測數(shù)據(jù),利用Monte Carlo方法模擬隨機(jī)車輛荷載和隨機(jī)車輛間距,編制了隨機(jī)車隊加載效應(yīng)計算程序,計算了無鉸拱跨中和拱腳截面的彎矩效應(yīng),采用極大值分布原理求得荷載效應(yīng)在設(shè)計基準(zhǔn)期內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,給出基于WIM實測數(shù)據(jù)的汽車荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型,并與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中的設(shè)計荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行對比。計算結(jié)果表明:推薦車道荷載作用效應(yīng)對實測荷載效應(yīng)包容性和適用性良好,拱橋跨中彎矩誤差小于7%,當(dāng)跨徑為25~65、110、120m時,拱腳彎矩誤差為5%~11%,其余跨徑時的拱腳彎矩誤差小于5%;基于廣深高速公路實測荷載推定的荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中公路-Ⅰ級車道荷載在無鉸拱上產(chǎn)生彎矩效應(yīng)的比值為1.24~2.18,平均比值為1.80,說明廣深高速交通量大,車輛超載超限嚴(yán)重,根據(jù)實測車輛荷載推斷的荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出現(xiàn)了較大偏差,廣深高速橋梁設(shè)計荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)在現(xiàn)有規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)提高。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the influence of overloaded vehicles on bridges and the applicability of the vehicle load standard in the current code (JTG D60-2015) to the operational vehicle load on the highway. The (WIM) data of dynamic weighing system on Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway are studied. The random vehicle load and random vehicle spacing are simulated by Monte Carlo method, and a program for calculating the loading effect of random motorcade is developed. In this paper, the bending moment effect of the cross-section of hingless arch span and arch foot is calculated, the standard value of load effect in the design reference period is obtained by using the principle of maximum distribution, and the standard model of vehicle load based on the measured data of WIM is given. And compared with the design load standard in the current code. The calculation results show that the recommended lane load effect is inclusive and applicable to the actual load effect, and the error of the moment in the span of arch bridge is less than 7m, when the span is 2510110120m.
