硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青混合料穩(wěn)定性性能研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面由于其施工工藝簡(jiǎn)單、養(yǎng)護(hù)維修方便、行車舒適性良好及開放交通時(shí)間短等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于公路建設(shè)中。近年來,隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人民的生活得到了普遍的提高,人們對(duì)于出行的舒適性、安全性要求也越來越高。瀝青路面是公路建設(shè)的主體,我國(guó)公路建設(shè)中有90%以上都是瀝青路面,因此瀝青路面的病害問題成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。南方地區(qū)夏季溫度高,最高可達(dá)到40℃,路面溫度可達(dá)到60~70℃,瀝青由于溫度過高表現(xiàn)出松軟、粘結(jié)力下降導(dǎo)致瀝青路面出現(xiàn)車轍、擁包等病害。東北地區(qū)冬季溫度過低,最低溫度可達(dá)到-30℃,,路面溫度可達(dá)到-40℃~-50℃,由于溫度過低,瀝青表現(xiàn)為脆性,東北地區(qū)每年因冰凍及春季凍融破壞的路面達(dá)70%左右。 論文經(jīng)過大量調(diào)查,針對(duì)瀝青路面夏季車轍、擁包,冬季低溫開裂等一系列病害問題,提出以硅烷白炭黑對(duì)瀝青進(jìn)行改性以改善瀝青路面的高溫穩(wěn)定性、水穩(wěn)定性及低溫抗裂性能。 對(duì)于硅烷白炭黑的應(yīng)用,由于其粒度小、分散性好及疏水性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來廣泛應(yīng)用于橡膠、塑料工業(yè),同時(shí)由于其無色無毒,也被應(yīng)用在涂料、日用品化妝品等行業(yè)中。論文根據(jù)閱讀大量文獻(xiàn),了解硅烷白炭黑優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),將其加入基質(zhì)瀝青對(duì)其進(jìn)行改性,了解其對(duì)路用瀝青上的影響。首先通過高速剪切儀加入不同摻量的瀝青進(jìn)行針入度、軟化點(diǎn)、粘度等性能測(cè)試,通過測(cè)試結(jié)果確定硅烷白炭黑在瀝青中的最佳摻量。其次,通過瀝青性能試驗(yàn)測(cè)試出的硅烷白炭黑最佳摻量,對(duì)其進(jìn)行老化及化學(xué)驗(yàn)證,主要通過瀝青老化、水煮試驗(yàn)及Tg分析試驗(yàn)確定硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青的粘附性、老化性能及化學(xué)性能的優(yōu)越性,為硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青在路用性能上的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。最后,通過對(duì)硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青混合料穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行研究,將基質(zhì)瀝青混合料及硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青混合料路用性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比,主要包括:馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn)、浸水馬歇爾及真空飽水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、車轍試驗(yàn)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究確定硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青混合料的路用性能較基質(zhì)瀝青混合料有很大程度的改善,從而為硅烷白炭黑改性瀝青混合料在公路建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用提供理論基礎(chǔ)。 硅烷白炭黑應(yīng)用在瀝青路面充當(dāng)改性劑是一種新型材料,論文主要通過瀝青及瀝青混合料的常規(guī)試驗(yàn)及化學(xué)試驗(yàn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證,通過試驗(yàn)得出硅烷白炭黑在瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性及水穩(wěn)定性有很好地改善,對(duì)其低溫抗裂性能研究改善效果不是特別明顯,但低溫抗裂性能試驗(yàn)研究較少,瀝青化學(xué)、物理性能有待進(jìn)一步研究。
