吉林省高速公路典型橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)研分析及加固方法研究

【摘要】:吉林省高速公路既有橋梁有許多存在缺陷或損傷,為了保證其正常安全使用,需要對其進行加固維修及改造等。然而,對橋梁進行加固維修的前提是先對既有橋梁有效準(zhǔn)確的檢查評估其現(xiàn)狀,從而選擇合適的加固方案,加固之后可對橋梁再次檢測以判斷其加固效果及使用能力。開展橋梁的檢測及技術(shù)狀況評定和加固效果分析是十分有意義的。本文以對吉林省境內(nèi)長吉、長平、長營3條典型高速公路為工程依托,開展了以下研究工作:1、對長平、長吉、長營3條高速公路上橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的橋型分布和橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)的病害進行實地調(diào)研、分析。以調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)狀況進行評定、統(tǒng)計。2、對體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固方法等6種常用的橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)加固方法進行了比較分析,從而明確了這6種加固方法的基本原理、適用范圍及優(yōu)缺點。3、以長平高速13m預(yù)應(yīng)力簡支空心板橋為工程依托,首先分析了預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束長度和預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束的數(shù)量對橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力的影響,依據(jù)分析結(jié)果確定了合理的預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束長度、數(shù)量及施加方案。最后對加固后的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)進行整體和局部設(shè)計計算,以驗證加固效果。4、以長平20m跨徑簡支小箱梁橋為工程依托,分析了加厚鋪裝層、加厚腹板以及加厚底板三種方案的加固效果。采用有限元方法,分別對鋪裝層加厚厚度、腹板加厚厚度以及底板加厚厚度進行優(yōu)化分析,從理論分析了增大截面法對20m跨徑簡支小箱梁橋的加固效果。
[Abstract]:There are many defects or damages in the existing bridges in Jilin Province. In order to ensure their normal and safe use, it is necessary to strengthen, repair and rebuild them. However, the premise of strengthening and maintaining the bridge is to check and evaluate the current situation of the existing bridge effectively and accurately, so as to select the appropriate reinforcement scheme. After strengthening, the bridge can be tested again to judge its reinforcement effect and ability. It is very meaningful to carry out bridge detection, technical condition evaluation and reinforcement effect analysis. Based on the three typical expressways in Changji, Changping and Changying in Jilin Province, this paper has carried out the following research work: 1, Changping, Changji, The distribution of bridge structure and the disease of bridge superstructure on Changying 3 freeway were investigated and analyzed. Based on the investigation data, the technical status of the superstructure of the bridge is evaluated, and six common methods of strengthening the superstructure of the bridge, such as the external prestressing reinforcement method, are compared and analyzed. Thus, the basic principle, applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages of the six reinforcement methods are clarified. The engineering support is based on the prestressed simply supported hollow slab bridge of Changping high speed 13m. Firstly, the influence of the length of prestressed steel strands and the number of prestressed steel bundles on the bearing capacity of the superstructure of bridges is analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the reasonable length, quantity and application scheme of prestressed steel strands are determined. Finally, the whole and local design calculation of the strengthened bridge structure is carried out to verify the reinforcement effect .4. based on the Changping 20m span simply supported small box girder bridge, the thickened paving layer is analyzed. Strengthening effect of thickening web and thickening bottom plate. By using finite element method, the thickening of pavement, web and bottom are optimized, and the reinforcement effect of the method of increasing cross-section on 20m span simply supported small box girder bridge is analyzed theoretically.
