【摘要】：為量化評價已建和擬建高速公路交通安全性,以實測運行車速數(shù)據(jù)和事故率數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)公路空間屬性的變化,采用不定長法進行路段劃分�？紤]不同路段車速協(xié)調(diào)性和連續(xù)性的需求,引入客貨差極差比、車速降低系數(shù)、路段車速離散度等車速特征指標。通過對運行車速特征指標與事故率的相關(guān)性分析,采用多元回歸的方法建立了高速公路線形設(shè)計一致性綜合評價模型,同時結(jié)合事故多發(fā)點改善效果的顯著性,確定我國高速公路安全性服務(wù)水平,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出線形設(shè)計一致性評價標準和評價方法。太舊高速公路的實例應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,該方法可準確有效地評價線形設(shè)計一致性。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively evaluate the traffic safety of the highway that has been built and planned to be built, based on the measured data of running speed and accident rate, and according to the change of highway spatial attribute, the method of indefinite length is used to divide the road sections. Considering the requirements of the coordination and continuity of the speed of different road sections, the speed characteristic indexes such as the ratio of passenger and cargo differential range, the coefficient of speed reduction and the speed dispersion of road sections are introduced. Through the analysis of the correlation between the running speed characteristic index and the accident rate, the comprehensive evaluation model of the alignment design consistency of the expressway is established by using the method of multiple regression, and at the same time, the significance of improving the effect of the accident prone spot is also discussed. On the basis of determining the safety service level of expressway in China, the evaluation standard and evaluation method of linear design consistency are put forward. The application results of Taijiu Expressway show that this method can evaluate the consistency of linear design accurately and effectively.
