巖溶隧道富裂隙圍巖的爆破力學特性分析

【摘要】:為研究巖溶隧道富裂隙圍巖爆炸過程中應力波的傳播與衰減規(guī)律,運用ANSYS/LS-DYNA軟件對隧道巖體中含不同充填介質、不同寬度和不同爆源距離的巖溶裂隙進行了數(shù)值模擬。結果表明:爆炸應力波在巖溶裂隙處的傳播主要受裂隙內充填介質的物理力學性質的影響,其次受到裂隙寬度、爆源與裂隙距離和爆源強度等因素的影響。充填介質的強度越小,波阻抗也越小,對介質中應力波的阻隔作用則越大。裂隙與爆源的距離越遠,爆源強度越小,有效應力峰值也越小。裂隙越寬,對應力波的削弱越大。結合該結論對巖溶隧道裂隙圍巖在爆破過程中出現(xiàn)的實際問題進行分析,找出了影響爆破效果的關鍵因素,通過調整爆破設計參數(shù),得到了不同裂隙圍巖條件下爆破參數(shù)參考值,經(jīng)現(xiàn)場測試取得了較好的爆破效果,研究結果可為類似條件下的隧道爆破參數(shù)的優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of stress wave propagation and attenuation in the explosion process of fractured rock mass in karst tunnel, the numerical simulation of karst fracture with different filling medium, different width and different explosion source distance in tunnel rock mass was carried out by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The results show that the propagation of explosive stress wave in karst fracture is mainly affected by the physical and mechanical properties of the filling medium in the fracture, and then by the crack width, the distance between the source and the crack, the strength of the explosion source, and so on. The smaller the strength of the filling medium, the smaller the wave impedance, and the greater the barrier to the stress wave in the medium. The farther the distance between fracture and explosion source is, the smaller the strength of detonation source is and the smaller the peak value of effective stress is. The wider the crack, the greater the weakening of the corresponding force wave. Combined with this conclusion, the practical problems in blasting process of fractured surrounding rock in karst tunnel are analyzed, the key factors affecting blasting effect are found out, and the blasting design parameters are adjusted. The reference values of blasting parameters are obtained under the conditions of different fissure surrounding rocks, and good blasting results are obtained by field test. The results can provide theoretical basis and reference for the optimization of blasting parameters of tunnels under similar conditions.
