【摘要】：港口的發(fā)展促進了沿海地區(qū)的城市化進程,拉動了區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟增長。與此同時,隨著港口建設(shè)規(guī)模日益大型化,大量的沿海土地轉(zhuǎn)化成了港口用地,一方面給城市土地資源帶來壓力,另一方面增加了區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境負(fù)荷。為此,有必要開展港口用地變化的相關(guān)研究,探索港口用地的演化規(guī)律,為港口用地規(guī)劃提供科學(xué)依據(jù),促進土地資源合理配置與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文針對港口建設(shè)過程中的用地變化問題,綜合Logistic回歸與多準(zhǔn)則評價方法,建立了港口用地變化驅(qū)動因素的定量分析方法,并引入城市用地變化研究中廣泛使用的CA-Markov模型,結(jié)合港口用地的發(fā)展特點,對該模型在港口用地變化研究中的應(yīng)用展開了深入分析,為港口土地利用變化的研究提供了一種新的思路。本文探討了研究港口用地變化所需的土地利用分類體系及分類方法；根據(jù)港口用地的發(fā)展特征,提出了土地利用轉(zhuǎn)移概率矩陣的改進計算方式；對引起港口用地變化的自然環(huán)境和社會人文因素進行了深入分析；綜合Logistic回歸與多準(zhǔn)則評價,建立了定量計算驅(qū)動因素作用下港口用地適宜性概率的方法；從港口用地適宜性圖像與港口用地模擬結(jié)果兩方面提出了CA-Markov模型適用性的驗證規(guī)則；以實際港口為例,利用CA-Markov模型對港口用地變化進行了模擬。研究結(jié)果表明,CA-Marko v模型能夠較好地模擬出港口土地利用的變化趨勢,為港口的科學(xué)合理規(guī)劃提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The development of the port promotes the urbanization process of the coastal areas and stimulates the regional economic growth. At the same time, with the increasingly large scale of port construction, a large amount of coastal land has been converted into port land. On the one hand, it brings pressure to urban land resources, on the other hand, it increases the load of regional ecological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to study the change of port land, explore the law of port land evolution, provide scientific basis for port land planning, and promote the rational allocation and sustainable development of land resources. In this paper, the quantitative analysis method of the driving factors of port land use change is established by synthesizing Logistic regression and multi-criteria evaluation method in the process of port construction, and the CA-Markov model widely used in the study of urban land use change is introduced. Combined with the development characteristics of port land, the application of this model in the study of port land use change is deeply analyzed, which provides a new way of thinking for the study of port land use change. This paper discusses the land use classification system and classification method needed to study port land use change, and puts forward an improved calculation method of land use transfer probability matrix according to the development characteristics of port land use. The natural environment and social and human factors that cause the port land use change are deeply analyzed, and the method of quantitatively calculating the probability of port land suitability under the action of the driving factors is established by synthesizing the Logistic regression and the multi-criteria evaluation. The applicability of the CA-Markov model is verified from the port suitability images and the simulation results of the port land, and the CA-Markov model is used to simulate the change of the port land using the actual port as an example. The results show that CA-Marko v model can well simulate the change trend of port land use and provide reference for scientific and rational planning of port.
