山地城市交通設(shè)施人性化規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城市的快速擴(kuò)張,城市道路網(wǎng)也正經(jīng)歷一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程。雖然國(guó)家和地方在城市道路網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)方面都提出了相應(yīng)的規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是這些規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大都只是處于滿足道路交通需求和安全的層面,未能更進(jìn)一步的考慮道路交通設(shè)施人性化的方面,而對(duì)于山地城市交通設(shè)施存在的不人性化的問題就更為突出。因此,本文在對(duì)山地城市道路網(wǎng)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)、道路網(wǎng)運(yùn)行交通特征以及道路關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一套針對(duì)山地城市道路交通設(shè)施從宏觀人性化規(guī)劃到微觀人性化設(shè)計(jì)的山地城市交通設(shè)施人性化規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)建議。首先,分析了山地城市交通設(shè)施規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)有的研究方法和設(shè)計(jì)原則等,在山地城市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃及評(píng)價(jià)分析中,主要分析了路網(wǎng)容量已有的研究方法和路網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)已有的評(píng)價(jià)方法;在山地城市道路關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)分析中,主要分析了對(duì)于城市道路節(jié)點(diǎn)涉及的立交、平面交叉口、車道縮減區(qū)、指路指示等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法以及設(shè)計(jì)原則等。其次,從分析山地城市路網(wǎng)不人性化的原因入手,提出山地城市路網(wǎng)人性化規(guī)劃的總體思路。一方面基于路網(wǎng)設(shè)施進(jìn)行山地城市路網(wǎng)容量的研究,落腳點(diǎn)為路網(wǎng)密度和路網(wǎng)容量。另一方面基于交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行山地城市路網(wǎng)人性化規(guī)劃研究,提出了路網(wǎng)人性化服務(wù)水平、路網(wǎng)平衡系數(shù)等名詞。并選取實(shí)例驗(yàn)證研究成果的科學(xué)性和合理性。最后,從山地城市道路關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)中選取道路立交、道路平面交叉口、車道縮減區(qū)和道路指路標(biāo)志四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。道路立交、道路平面交叉口主要參考已有的研究成果,再結(jié)合山地城市的地貌和交通特征進(jìn)行改進(jìn);車道縮減區(qū)提出了當(dāng)縮減車道大于一條時(shí)逐次縮減,并仿真得到平行段長(zhǎng)度;道路指路標(biāo)志方面主要在已有的規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)上提出分級(jí)指路標(biāo)志的設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)置建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the rapid expansion of cities, urban road network is also undergoing a rapid development process. Although national and local regulations and standards have been put forward in the planning and design of urban road networks, most of these norms and standards are only at the level of meeting the needs and safety of road traffic. The humanization of road traffic facilities is not considered further, but the problem of imhumanization of traffic facilities in mountainous cities is more prominent. Therefore, based on the in-depth study of the indexes of the road network, the traffic characteristics of the road network and the design of the key nodes of the road in mountainous cities, This paper puts forward a set of humanized planning and design suggestions for the road traffic facilities in mountainous cities from macroscopic humanized planning to microcosmic humanized design. Firstly, the existing research methods and design principles of traffic facilities planning and design in mountainous cities are analyzed. In the planning and evaluation of mountain urban road network, the existing research methods of road network capacity and the existing evaluation methods of road network evaluation are mainly analyzed. In the analysis of the key nodes of the road in mountainous cities, this paper mainly analyzes the research status, research methods and design principles of the interchanges, intersections, driveway reduction areas, directions and so on, which are involved in the urban road nodes. Secondly, starting with the analysis of the reasons why the mountain city road network is not humanized, this paper puts forward the overall thinking of the humanized planning of the mountain city road network. On the one hand, the network capacity of mountainous cities is studied based on road network facilities, and the focus is road network density and network capacity. On the other hand, the humanization planning of mountain city road network is studied based on the traffic running state, and the terms such as humanized service level of road network and road network balance coefficient are put forward. And selected an example to verify the scientific nature and rationality of the research results. Finally, four aspects of road interchange, road intersection, lane reduction area and road signage are selected from the key nodes of mountain city road. Road interchange, road intersection, the main reference to existing research results, and then combined with the landscape and traffic characteristics of mountain cities to improve the driveway reduction area proposed when the lane reduction more than one successive reduction, The length of parallel section is obtained by simulation, and the design and setting suggestions of graded road signs are put forward on the basis of existing specifications.
