【摘要】：埋地管道的敷設(shè)環(huán)境和防腐性能對(duì)管材的使用壽命會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大影響,其中土壤種類(即土質(zhì))的影響不可忽視。預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筒混凝土管(簡(jiǎn)稱PCCP管)雖然具有較好的防腐性能,但是在不利情況下,如高氯離子土壤、高硫酸鹽土壤等環(huán)境下,若不采取有效的防腐保護(hù)措施,則可能縮短管道的使用壽命。因此,為了對(duì)PCCP管在不同土質(zhì)環(huán)境下的防腐蝕性能進(jìn)行剖析,從不同土質(zhì)的形成特點(diǎn)和機(jī)理出發(fā),著重探討了在高氯離子土壤、高硫酸鹽含量土壤和土壤中有雜散電流干擾情況下,PCCP管的防腐蝕性能和應(yīng)對(duì)措施。提出了綜合的防腐保護(hù)措施,為實(shí)際工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:The laying environment and anticorrosion performance of buried pipelines have great influence on the service life of pipes, and the influence of soil type (soil quality) can not be neglected. Although PCCP pipe has good anticorrosion performance, it can not be neglected in unfavorable conditions, such as high chloride ion soil, high sulfate soil and so on. Therefore, in order to analyze the anti-corrosion performance of PCCP pipes in different soil environments, starting from the formation characteristics and mechanism of different soils, this paper emphatically discusses the interference of stray current in high chloride ion soil, high sulfate content soil and soil. The anticorrosion performance and Countermeasures of PCCP pipe are presented. The comprehensive anticorrosion protection measures are put forward to provide reference for practical engineering.
