集料組成對(duì)瀝青混合料均勻性影響的試驗(yàn)分析及數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為分析集料組成及其粒徑分布對(duì)瀝青混合料均勻性的影響,采用自制設(shè)備模擬瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)中集料從料倉(cāng)中下落,對(duì)單一粒徑和AC-13混合料的集料下落試驗(yàn),采用PFC2D顆粒流程序?qū)C-13集料級(jí)配范圍的上限、中值及下限的數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果表明混合料中≥9.5 mm及≤2.36 mm粒徑級(jí)配變異是導(dǎo)致瀝青混合料不均勻的關(guān)鍵粒徑范圍,在瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)及施工中,嚴(yán)格控制級(jí)配可提高的路面工程質(zhì)量。
