淺埋暗挖地鐵隧道施工技術(shù)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究

【摘要】:近幾年來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,推動(dòng)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),提升城市功能,地鐵建設(shè)迎來(lái)發(fā)展的高峰。因此開展地下隧道工程施工技術(shù)研究和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,也是當(dāng)今形式下地鐵建設(shè)的需要。地鐵隧道施工時(shí),受地質(zhì)情況、施工項(xiàng)目周邊的環(huán)境情況影響很大,尤其地上地下既有建筑物、管線等其他許多不確定性因素,會(huì)對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施產(chǎn)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn),這就要求必須全面掌握地鐵隧道施工技術(shù),尤其是施工工法的選擇,施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究等,有利施工的安全性,避免安全事故的發(fā)生。并且當(dāng)今爆破施工是隧道掘進(jìn)的主要方法,因此必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)隧道爆破技術(shù)研究,控制爆破振動(dòng),合理進(jìn)行爆破方案設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)從而將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在預(yù)期的目標(biāo)內(nèi),減小爆破施工所帶來(lái)的安全影響。本文結(jié)合大連地鐵施工情況,對(duì)淺埋隧道施工技術(shù)研究、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,尤其爆破振動(dòng)控制及爆破施工安全管理等問題作深入分析研究,并根據(jù)爆破施工特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論,系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)等,明確施工的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源,通過(guò)層次分析法,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)層次結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建CIM模型評(píng)估體系,取得很好效果。運(yùn)用爆破減振技術(shù),順利實(shí)現(xiàn)地鐵隧道施工。本文的研究涉及地鐵工程項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和管理等幾個(gè)重要方面,形成系統(tǒng)化的理論,希望能為類似工程項(xiàng)目提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, urban infrastructure construction and urban function have been promoted, and subway construction has ushered in the peak of development. Therefore, the underground tunnel construction technology research and risk analysis are also the needs of subway construction. During the construction of the subway tunnel, the surrounding environment of the construction project is greatly affected by the geological conditions, especially many other uncertain factors such as existing buildings, pipelines and other uncertainties above ground and underground, which will bring risks to the smooth implementation of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to master the construction technology of subway tunnel, especially the selection of construction method, the study of construction risk and so on, which will benefit the safety of construction and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents. At present, blasting construction is the main method of tunnel excavation, so it is necessary to strengthen the study of tunnel blasting technology, control blasting vibration, reasonably carry out blasting scheme design, strengthen monitoring so as to control the risk within the expected target. Reduce the safety impact of blasting construction. Based on the construction situation of Dalian Metro, this paper makes a deep analysis and study on the construction technology, risk analysis, especially blasting vibration control and safety management of blasting construction, and applies the theory of risk management according to the characteristics of blasting construction. System engineering and so on, the main risk sources of construction are defined, and the hierarchical structure of risk evaluation is established by AHP, and the evaluation system of CIM model is constructed, and good results are obtained. The construction of subway tunnel is realized successfully by using blasting vibration reduction technology. The research in this paper involves several important aspects such as design, construction and management of subway engineering projects, and forms a systematic theory, hoping to provide reference and reference for similar engineering projects.
