【摘要】：針對(duì)目前高瓦斯隧道施工機(jī)械防爆改裝存在的問(wèn)題,文章依據(jù)《柴油車防爆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》及相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)了一種高瓦斯隧道作業(yè)機(jī)械智能防爆裝置。當(dāng)隧道中瓦斯?jié)舛冗_(dá)到或者超過(guò)規(guī)范允許的最高濃度時(shí),裝置控制作業(yè)機(jī)械熄火、斷電并將作業(yè)機(jī)械閉鎖;當(dāng)作業(yè)機(jī)械排氣系統(tǒng)溫度達(dá)到或超過(guò)規(guī)范規(guī)定的最高溫度時(shí)裝置進(jìn)行噴淋降溫,防止排氣系統(tǒng)高溫點(diǎn)爆瓦斯。同時(shí),為增加裝置可靠性,設(shè)計(jì)了設(shè)備故障閉鎖、水位異常閉鎖以及排氣系統(tǒng)溫度超限閉鎖等三個(gè)安全閉鎖系統(tǒng)。實(shí)踐證明,智能防爆裝置具有安裝快速、使用簡(jiǎn)捷、運(yùn)行安全的特點(diǎn),可以達(dá)到防爆的作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the explosion prevention and refit of construction machinery for high gas tunnel at present, this paper designs a kind of intelligent explosion-proof device for construction machinery of high gas tunnel according to the explosion-proof standard of diesel vehicle and related technical specifications. When the gas concentration in the tunnel reaches or exceeds the maximum allowable concentration of gas in the tunnel, the device controls the operation machinery to stall, power off and lock the working machinery; When the working mechanical exhaust system temperature reaches or exceeds the maximum temperature specified in the specification, the device carries out spray cooling to prevent the exhaust system from igniting gas at high temperature. At the same time, in order to increase the reliability of the device, three safety latch-up systems are designed, such as fault locking, abnormal water level locking and temperature overlimit latchup of exhaust system. The practice shows that the intelligent explosion-proof device has the characteristics of quick installation, simple use, safe operation, and can achieve explosion-proof effect.
