基于降黏與表面活性的溫拌瀝青及混合料性能對比

【摘要】:采用70#瀝青、SBS改性瀝青,分別添加有機降黏溫拌劑Sasobit和表面活性溫拌劑DAT,對比評價兩類溫拌劑對瀝青及瀝青混合料性能影響;基于溫拌瀝青性能研究,提出溫拌瀝青混合料施工溫度控制方法,給出參考施工溫度,采用動、靜態(tài)試驗方法系統(tǒng)研究溫拌瀝青混合料性能,評價溫拌混合料的疲勞性能和黏彈特性,建立相應(yīng)疲勞方程和修正Burgers模型。研究表明:Sasobit明顯改善瀝青高溫穩(wěn)定性,在100~135℃降黏作用顯著,證明DAT降溫效果更好,對瀝青性能影響小,不具降黏效果;Sasobit和DAT均可減輕瀝青老化,Sasobit瀝青抗老化性能更好;Sasobit顯著提高混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性,DAT對混合料高溫性能沒有影響,兩類溫拌劑均對混合料短期水穩(wěn)定性影響小,但Sasobit會劣化長期水穩(wěn)定性,而DAT則具有改善作用;Sasobit會降低混合料低溫性能,DAT對混合料低溫性能影響小;Sasobit混合料抗疲勞性能優(yōu)于DAT,其疲勞破壞具有脆性特征,DAT混合料疲勞破壞具有塑形特征,證明Sasobit瀝青混合料具有更好的彈性恢復(fù)能力和高溫性能。
[Abstract]:The modified asphalt was modified by 70# bitumen, adding Sasobit and DTT, respectively, to compare and evaluate the effects of two kinds of warm mixing agents on the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture, based on the performance of warm mix asphalt. The construction temperature control method of warm mix asphalt mixture is put forward, the reference construction temperature is given, the performance of warm mix asphalt mixture is systematically studied by using dynamic and static test methods, and the fatigue and viscoelastic properties of warm mix mixture are evaluated. The corresponding fatigue equation and modified Burgers model are established. The results show that the weight Sasobit obviously improves the high temperature stability of asphalt, and the viscosity reduction effect is obvious at 100 鈩,
