不同聚合物體系在潮濕基面的粘結(jié)性研究

【摘要】:針對海洋環(huán)境潮差區(qū)以及全浸區(qū)混凝土基面含水量高,聚合物基防護(hù)材料附著力低的技術(shù)難題,本研究采用4種用于潮濕混凝土基面的聚合物基封閉底漆,考察施工時間、基層處理工藝對底漆與混凝土粘結(jié)性能的影響規(guī)律,以及配套涂層防護(hù)體系在模擬海洋浪濺區(qū)以及全浸區(qū)的附著性能。結(jié)果表明:4種底漆A、B、C、D與干燥環(huán)境的混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度分別為3.83、3.96、3.57、4.41 MPa,水分使4種底漆的附著性能不同程度的降低;隨著混凝土涂裝面粗糙度的增加及晾置時間的延長,4種底漆附著力均增大;作為潮濕混凝土基面封閉體系,聚氨酯基預(yù)聚物A及水性雙組份聚氨酯底漆C性能更優(yōu),飽水基面粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度分別為3.57 MPa和3.82 MPa。
[Abstract]:In view of the technical problems of high water content and low adhesion of polymer based protective materials in marine environment and full immersion zone, four kinds of polymer base sealing primer used for wet concrete base surface were used to investigate the construction time. The effect of the base treatment process on the adhesion between the primer and the concrete, and the adhesion of the supporting coating protection system in the simulated sea splash zone and the whole immersion zone. The results show that the bond strength of AnBU / C / D and concrete in dry environment is 3.83 ~ 3.96 ~ 3.57 ~ 4.41 MPa, respectively, and the adhesion property of four primer is decreased to different extent by moisture. With the increase of surface roughness of concrete and the extension of curing time, the adhesion of four primer is increased, and as a sealing system of wet concrete, polyurethane prepolymer A and waterborne two-component polyurethane primer C have better properties. The bonding strength of saturated base plane is 3.57 MPA and 3.82 MPA respectively.
