【摘要】：美國州域交通模型經(jīng)過近40年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)較為成熟,其建設(shè)與應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗值得中國借鑒,從而應(yīng)對日益蔓延的交通擁堵與環(huán)境污染問題。首先,介紹美國州域交通模型概念及其框架結(jié)構(gòu),從模型開發(fā)、分類、應(yīng)用等方面系統(tǒng)梳理典型模型的特點與不足。其次,以馬里蘭州為例介紹州域交通模型的具體應(yīng)用。最后,為中國省域交通模型建模與應(yīng)用提出建議,包括明確負責單位、建設(shè)專項經(jīng)費、融合多部門來源交通信息等。
[Abstract]:After nearly 40 years of development, American state traffic model has been more mature, and its construction and application experience is worthy of China to learn from, so as to deal with the increasingly widespread traffic congestion and environmental pollution. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and frame structure of American state traffic model, and systematically combs the characteristics and shortcomings of the typical model from the aspects of model development, classification, application and so on. Secondly, take Maryland as an example to introduce the application of state-area traffic model. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the modeling and application of provincial traffic model in China, including the identification of responsible units, the construction of special funds, the integration of multi-sector traffic information and so on.
