偏壓荷載下地鐵隧道變形特征及預測研究

【摘要】:以某市地鐵區(qū)間隧道為研究對象,使用FLAC3D軟件模擬分析了橋梁基礎下淺埋暗挖法施工過程中,地鐵隧道周邊土體的變形和襯砌應力分布情況;同時建立了隧道拱頂沉降值的時間序列模型,并預測了拱頂沉降的變化趨勢。結果表明:由于上部橋梁基礎偏壓和土體強度較低的影響,在開挖完成后隧道的右側(cè)地層出現(xiàn)了較大的變形;同時在隧道初次襯砌兩側(cè)邊墻的中部也出現(xiàn)了較大的應力值,對于這些隧道部位可采用錨桿注漿加固或采用鋼支撐進行加強支護,以確保施工過程安全可靠;另一方面,基于ARMA模型的時間序列分析法可以較好地模擬隧道結構的復雜變形,為科學分析隧道變形特點和較準確地預測變形進行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Taking the subway tunnel of a city as the research object, FLAC3D software is used to simulate and analyze the deformation and stress distribution of the surrounding soil surrounding the subway tunnel under the bridge foundation under the shallow buried excavation method. At the same time, the time series model of the settlement value of the tunnel vault is set up, and the change trend of the vault settlement is premeasured. The results show that: With the influence of the partial pressure of the upper bridge and the low strength of the soil, large deformation appears in the right side of the tunnel after the completion of the excavation. At the same time, large stress values have appeared in the middle of the two side walls of the first lining of the tunnel. The construction process is safe and reliable, on the other hand, the time series analysis method based on the ARMA model can better simulate the complex deformation of the tunnel structure. It is a useful exploration for the scientific analysis of the deformation characteristics of the tunnel and the accurate prediction of the deformation.
