【摘要】：隨著國家實(shí)力的快速提高,城市化持續(xù)推進(jìn),人民可支配收入的持續(xù)上漲,2014年底中國機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量達(dá)到2.64億,躍居全球第二位。在方便資源配置、人們出行的同時(shí),也帶來了日益嚴(yán)重的交通問題。道路擁堵、管理混亂、交通環(huán)境惡化的狀況越來越引起社會(huì)和政府的重視,迫切尋求一種更為快速、高效、實(shí)用的道路管理方式,智能交通系統(tǒng)(ITS,Intelligent Transportation System)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生并取得飛速發(fā)展。汽車車型識(shí)別系統(tǒng)是ITS的重要組成部分,為交通管理提供了大量的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的配備射頻裝置、利用電磁感應(yīng)等方法,論文采用的基于視頻的圖像處理技術(shù)不僅安裝方便,更新簡單,而且可以獲得更加豐富的道路信息。通過對(duì)圖像處理檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究,論文設(shè)計(jì)出一套自動(dòng)識(shí)別汽車車型的實(shí)時(shí)判別系統(tǒng)。論文主要工作有以下三部分:(1)分割目標(biāo)車輛:針對(duì)背景法提取目標(biāo)模糊,幀差法容易出現(xiàn)空洞、改變形狀,光流法計(jì)算復(fù)雜等情況,本文提出優(yōu)化的高斯模型檢測(cè)算法,構(gòu)建基于時(shí)域和空域的背景模型,并對(duì)傳統(tǒng)迭代分割法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),選取合適閾值消除陰影,避免出現(xiàn)獲得的目標(biāo)區(qū)域大于車輛本身的情況。(2)針對(duì)單一特征難以完善表述車輛信息并加以區(qū)分的問題,本文選取紋理圖像的熵、邊緣密度、面積,長寬比特征來描述車輛圖像,作為車輛圖像的分類特征。(3)介紹了模式識(shí)別和支持向量機(jī),提出優(yōu)化的二叉樹向量機(jī)分類方法,并用其對(duì)樣本進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,確定可分性測(cè)度后,優(yōu)先判別出容易區(qū)分的類別,并根據(jù)交叉驗(yàn)證法選擇合適的和核函數(shù)與懲罰參數(shù),最后對(duì)本方法進(jìn)行仿真,結(jié)果正確率令人滿意,適合用于汽車車型識(shí)別。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national power and urbanization, people's disposable income continues to rise. China's motor vehicle ownership reached 264 million at the end of 2014, ranking second in the world. In the convenient allocation of resources, people travel, but also brought more and more serious traffic problems. The situation of road congestion, chaotic management and deterioration of traffic environment has attracted more and more attention of the society and the government. It is urgent to seek a more rapid, efficient and practical way of road management. Intelligent Transportation system (ITS) emerged as the times require and made rapid development. Vehicle recognition system is an important part of its, which provides a lot of data support for traffic management. Compared with the traditional radio-frequency equipment and electromagnetic induction, the video-based image processing technology used in this paper is not only easy to install, but also easy to update, and more abundant road information can be obtained. Based on the research of image processing and detection technology, this paper designs a real-time discriminant system for auto-vehicle recognition. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) Segmentation of target vehicle: aiming at the background method to extract target ambiguity, frame difference method is easy to appear holes, change shape, optical flow method is complex to calculate and so on, this paper proposes an optimized Gao Si model detection algorithm. The background model based on time domain and spatial domain is constructed, and the traditional iterative segmentation method is improved, and the appropriate threshold is selected to eliminate the shadow. To avoid the situation that the target area obtained is larger than the vehicle itself. (2) aiming at the problem that it is difficult to describe and distinguish the vehicle information with a single feature, the entropy, edge density and area of the texture image are selected in this paper. The aspect ratio feature is used to describe the vehicle image as the classification feature of the vehicle image. (3) the pattern recognition and support vector machine are introduced, and an optimized binary tree vector machine classification method is proposed. The suitable sum kernel function and penalty parameters are selected according to the cross validation method. Finally, the simulation results show that the accuracy of the method is satisfactory and suitable for vehicle type recognition.
