居民定制公交出行意愿影響機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:基于發(fā)展多元化公共交通的交通模式與交通需求管理理念,近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)一些城市相繼推出了定制公交,定制公交本質(zhì)上是以個(gè)人的出行需求為前提而提供的公交服務(wù),應(yīng)從個(gè)體的經(jīng)濟(jì)、生理、心理特征因素等角度出發(fā),將個(gè)體社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)屬性、定制公交出行特性及主觀態(tài)度等因素進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,進(jìn)一步研究居民定制公交出行意愿受各因素的影響程度,從而針對(duì)各因素的關(guān)鍵程度采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施,有效的引導(dǎo)居民從小汽車(chē)的交通方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樵撔滦偷墓步煌ǚ绞絹?lái)緩解城市交通擁堵。首先從定制公交的運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀、服務(wù)特征、需求特征等方面進(jìn)行分析,初步探究定制公交出行意愿的影響因素;其次,對(duì)計(jì)劃行為理論的各個(gè)變量,理論模型與結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的變量、參數(shù)、擬合指數(shù)等方面進(jìn)行闡述,并根據(jù)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)、文獻(xiàn)探討確定影響定制公交出行意愿的潛在變量及變量之間的影響關(guān)系;然后,確定各潛在變量的觀察變量及其具體問(wèn)項(xiàng),再進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)查結(jié)果分析;最后運(yùn)用AMOS軟件建立與評(píng)價(jià)模型,并分析定制公交出行意愿影響機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,個(gè)體社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)屬性與定制公交出行意愿具有最顯著相關(guān)性,其中年齡、收入、是否擁有小汽車(chē)對(duì)定制公交出行意愿有顯著影響;定制公交出行特征屬性對(duì)定制公交出行意愿具有顯著影響,居民對(duì)定制公交票價(jià)最為敏感,其次對(duì)步行至定制公交站點(diǎn)時(shí)間也較為重視,網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂購(gòu)方式最不顯著;主觀規(guī)范對(duì)居民定制公交出行意愿的影響最小;主觀規(guī)范對(duì)知覺(jué)行為控制具有正向顯著影響,表明如果身邊的家人、朋友或者同事選擇定制公交出行,那么個(gè)人對(duì)定制公交知覺(jué)行為控制就越強(qiáng),即感知到的乘坐定制公交遇到的障礙越小。
[Abstract]:Based on the development of diversified public transport modes and the concept of traffic demand management, in recent years, some cities in China have introduced custom-made public transport, which is essentially a public transport service provided on the premise of personal travel demand. From the point of view of individual economic, physiological and psychological characteristics, the factors such as individual social and economic attributes, custom-made public transport travel characteristics and subjective attitude should be analyzed. Further study residents' willingness to customize public transportation by the impact of various factors, so as to take measures against the key level of each factor, Effectively guide the residents from the car traffic mode to the new public transport mode to alleviate urban traffic congestion. First of all, from the operational status of customized public transport, service characteristics, demand characteristics and other aspects of analysis, preliminary exploration of customized public transport travel willingness factors; secondly, the planning behavior theory of the various variables, The variables, parameters and fitting indices of the theoretical model and the structural equation model are expounded, and according to the relevant theoretical basis, the paper discusses the potential variables and the relationship between the variables that affect the public transport willingness. The observation variables of each potential variable and their specific questions are determined, and then the questionnaire design and the analysis of the results are carried out. Finally, the Amos software is used to establish and evaluate the model and analyze the influence mechanism of customized bus travel intention. The results show that individual social and economic attributes have the most significant correlation with custom-made bus travel willingness, in which age, income, car ownership have a significant impact on custom-made bus travel willingness; The characteristic attribute of customized public transportation has a significant impact on the willingness of customized public transport, residents are most sensitive to customized bus fare, followed by the time of walking to the customized bus stop is also more important, the network ordering mode is the least significant; Subjective norms have the least influence on residents' willingness to make public transport trips, while subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on perceived behavior control, indicating that if family, friends or colleagues around them choose custom bus trips, Then the stronger the personal control of customized public transport perception behavior, that is, the less obstacles encountered by the perceived travel of customized public transport.
