基于EDR技術(shù)及人體損傷的交通事故深度調(diào)查和分析研究

【摘要】:統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示十多年來中國交通事故死亡人數(shù)一直位居全球前列。而發(fā)生重大交通事故,導(dǎo)致高死亡的最主要的場所就是在高速路上。對于這樣的結(jié)果,專家認(rèn)為駕駛員缺乏安全意識、法制觀念淡薄是主要原因;比如在高速路上倒車是一種極度危險,危害公共安全的違法行為,后果相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重?墒,目前在中國的高速路上,尤其是下道口附近,這種違法倒車的行為屢見不鮮。對這類高速公路交通事故進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的事故重建分析,在責(zé)任認(rèn)定、保險索賠、人體損傷防護(hù)、完善道路交通管理及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)等方面具有重要意義[1]。我國交通法規(guī)雖然規(guī)定禁止高速公路上倒車的行為,但是由于駕乘人員安全意識淡漠,在高速路上不少駕駛員因路況不熟悉、或開小差而導(dǎo)致駛過下道口;本應(yīng)行駛至前面的下道口掉頭行駛,但為了節(jié)省時間或節(jié)約燃料,抱著僥幸心理而冒險采取倒車方式,而導(dǎo)致事故的發(fā)生。事故發(fā)生后,雙方當(dāng)事人各執(zhí)一詞,如何進(jìn)行責(zé)任認(rèn)定便是最大的難題。因此,如何確定前車是否為倒車,如何利用現(xiàn)有資料、技術(shù)解決高速公路上倒車問題尤為重要。有些高速公路倒車事故在有路面監(jiān)控視頻、車輛行車記錄儀的情況下是很容易確定的;但是很多高速公路倒車事故中是沒有任何監(jiān)控及行車記錄儀的,基于此,我們引入汽車EDR數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合人體損傷、PC-Crash計算機(jī)仿真軟件對事故發(fā)生前后車輛的行駛速度及行駛狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析研究,還原事故真相。本研究在交通事故深度調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,篩選出兩例典型的高速道路上的事故進(jìn)行分析。通過對人體損傷進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了典型的、嚴(yán)重的揮鞭樣損傷。同時引入EDR數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深入分析,采用PC-Crash計算機(jī)仿真技術(shù),結(jié)合動量守恒定律、人體損傷生物力學(xué)等方法對事故進(jìn)行還原。通過對典型案例的事故重建,深入探討如何運(yùn)用綜合的分析方法還原事故真相;通過對典型案例的人體損傷分析,研究事故中人員傷情機(jī)制,為交通事故人體損傷分析及防護(hù)提供真實可靠的研究數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Statistics show that the death toll from traffic accidents in China has been among the highest in the world for more than a decade. The most important place for high-death accidents is on highways. For such results, experts believe that the driver's lack of safety awareness, weak legal sense is the main reason; for example, reversing on the highway is an extremely dangerous, public safety violations, the consequences are quite serious. At present, however, in China's highways, especially near the lower road crossing, this illegal reverse behavior is common. It is of great significance to analyze the exact accident reconstruction of this kind of expressway traffic accident in the aspects of liability determination, insurance claim, human body injury protection, improvement of road traffic management and related laws and regulations [1]. Although the traffic regulations of our country prohibit the behavior of reversing on the freeway, but because of the indifferent safety consciousness of the drivers, many drivers on the highway are not familiar with the road condition, or deserting, which leads to driving through the lower crossing. It was supposed to turn around at the lower crossing in front, but in order to save time or fuel, we took the risk of reversing the car in order to save time or fuel, which led to the accident. After the accident, both parties insist on their own words, how to identify the responsibility is the biggest problem. Therefore, how to determine whether the front car is reverse or not, how to use the existing data, how to solve the problem of reversing on highway is particularly important. Some freeway reverse accidents are easy to determine when there are road surveillance videos and vehicle traffic recorders, but many freeway reverse accidents do not have any monitoring and CarLog, based on this. In this paper, we introduce EDR data and PC-Crash computer simulation software to analyze the speed and state of the vehicle before and after the accident, so as to restore the truth of the accident. Based on the investigation of traffic accident depth, two typical high-speed road accidents were selected and analyzed. The typical and severe whiplash injury was found through the analysis of human body injury. At the same time, EDR data are introduced to analyze deeply, PC-Crash computer simulation technology, combined with momentum conservation law, biomechanics of human injury and other methods to reduce the accident. Through the reconstruction of typical cases, how to use the comprehensive analysis method to restore the truth of the accident, and through the analysis of the human body damage of the typical cases, the mechanism of human injury in the accident is studied. To provide real and reliable data for human injury analysis and protection in traffic accidents.
