基于交通量增長(zhǎng)的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋長(zhǎng)期性能控制研究

【摘要】:隨著高速公路建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)涌現(xiàn)出越來(lái)越多的公路橋梁,而預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋以其卓越的力學(xué)性能、成熟的施工工藝、舒適的行車(chē)質(zhì)量等,在我國(guó)橋梁建設(shè)中取得了非凡的成就。但由于交通量的增長(zhǎng)以及橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工等方面的原因,現(xiàn)役預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了諸多的問(wèn)題。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,對(duì)大跨徑預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋的長(zhǎng)期性能問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并提出相關(guān)處治對(duì)策。研究?jī)?nèi)容分為以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)總結(jié)并分析大跨徑預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋長(zhǎng)期撓度的影響因素,并以實(shí)際工程為背景,對(duì)相關(guān)的影響因素做敏感性分析,得出各因素影響的主次關(guān)系。(2)從相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),目前國(guó)內(nèi)很少有學(xué)者通過(guò)實(shí)際車(chē)流量分析活載對(duì)橋梁長(zhǎng)期性能的影響:另一方面,盡管活載是重要影響因素,但是其計(jì)算的量值因人而異,很難得到一個(gè)較為定量和有說(shuō)服力的分析。本文在研究其他因素的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)研究了活載對(duì)長(zhǎng)期性能的影響;并文以江蘇省某典型路段為例,分析其交通流量特性,并建立基于交通量的車(chē)輛荷載多峰模型;從而研究活載對(duì)橋梁長(zhǎng)期性能的影響,給出一個(gè)有針對(duì)性的、定量的分析結(jié)果,并在可能的情況下,提出對(duì)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中計(jì)算參數(shù)的修正意見(jiàn)。(3)本文分析并研究了箱梁裂縫產(chǎn)生的原因,并提出相關(guān)的處治對(duì)策。(41結(jié)合部分工程實(shí)例,從設(shè)計(jì)、施工、養(yǎng)護(hù)、管理、加固等方面提出相關(guān)的處治對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction, more and more highway bridges have emerged in China. The prestressed concrete box girder bridge has made remarkable achievements in the construction of bridge in China with its excellent mechanical properties, mature construction technology and comfortable driving quality, but it is caused by the increase of traffic volume, the design of bridge structure, construction and so on. For the reasons, there are many problems in the operation of the existing prestressed concrete box girder bridge. In this paper, the long-term performance of the long span prestressed concrete box girder bridge is analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward in this paper. The contents are divided into the following aspects: (1) summing up and analyzing the long-span prestressed concrete coagulation. The influence factors of the long-term deflection of the soil box girder bridge, and taking the actual project as the background, to make sensitivity analysis to the related factors, and get the main and secondary relationship of the influence of various factors. (2) from the relevant literature, it is found that few scholars at present have analyzed the effect of live load on the long-term performance of the bridge through actual vehicle flow analysis in China: on the other hand, live load It is an important factor, but the value of the calculation varies from person to person. It is difficult to get a more quantitative and convincing analysis. On the basis of other factors, this paper focuses on the effect of live load on long-term performance. The paper takes a typical section of Jiangsu Province as an example to analyze the traffic flow characteristics and establish the traffic volume based on the traffic volume. Vehicle load multi peak model, thus studying the effect of live load on the long-term performance of bridge, giving a targeted, quantitative analysis results, and in the possible case, put forward the correction of the calculation parameters in the current norms. (3) this paper analyzes and studies the causes of the cracks in the box girder, and puts forward the relevant treatment countermeasures. (41 Some engineering examples, from the design, construction, maintenance, management, reinforcement and other aspects of the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
