盾構(gòu)被困實(shí)例分析及脫困措施

【摘要】:在隧道盾構(gòu)施工過程中,盾構(gòu)被困的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,對工程施工進(jìn)度、安全和周圍環(huán)境等造成不利影響。通過工程實(shí)例分析刀盤、盾體和盾尾被困的常見原因,總結(jié)相應(yīng)的脫困措施,得出盾構(gòu)被困的分類判斷依據(jù):1)刀盤開口處被地層中異常渣土填充束縛的判斷依據(jù);2)邊刀(邊滾刀或邊刮刀)磨損造成掌子面開挖輪廓不足的判斷依據(jù);3)刀盤前方存在硬質(zhì)障礙物的判斷依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the course of tunnel shield construction, the phenomenon of shield besieging occurs from time to time, which has a negative impact on the construction schedule, safety and surrounding environment of the tunnel. By analyzing the common reasons of the cutter head, shield body and shield tail trapped by engineering examples, the corresponding measures to get rid of the difficulties are summarized. It is concluded that the classification judgment of shield machine being trapped is based on the judgment that the opening of the cutter head is bound by abnormal residual soil filling in the stratum according to 2) the edge cutter (edge hob or edge scraper) wear causes the insufficient profile of the excavation of the face. There is a hard obstacle on the basis of judgment.
