寒區(qū)道路瀝青路面病害特征及其施工對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)幅員遼闊,寒區(qū)面積達(dá)417.1×104 km2,占我國(guó)陸地面積的43.5%。該類地區(qū)大多處于西部、東北等高寒、高海拔地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)、交通需求較大。是我國(guó)以后交通建設(shè)發(fā)展的重心,但由于該類地區(qū)年均氣溫較低,凍融循環(huán)劇烈,對(duì)道路施工質(zhì)量造成嚴(yán)重影響。本文從提高寒區(qū)路面施工質(zhì)量的角度出發(fā),調(diào)查典型寒區(qū)道路病害特征,分析寒區(qū)低溫環(huán)境對(duì)道路施工質(zhì)量影響,通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)確定影響寒區(qū)路面施工的關(guān)鍵因素,并提出相應(yīng)的溫度控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為該類地區(qū)路面工程施工質(zhì)量控制提供依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明:寒冷地區(qū)縱向開裂一般認(rèn)為是路基融沉相關(guān)的病害,縱裂尤其是連續(xù)性縱裂發(fā)展迅速,1-2年時(shí)間內(nèi)寬度、長(zhǎng)度迅速增大,且一般的灌縫等養(yǎng)護(hù)措施對(duì)其影響有限;車轍、擁包病害是寒區(qū)道路沿線較少的一種病害形式,僅占所有調(diào)查病害的6%左右,車輛頻繁啟動(dòng)制動(dòng)及沉陷病害是造成該類病害重要誘因;70%以上的沉陷病害,對(duì)路面造成極大附加應(yīng)力,進(jìn)而造成嚴(yán)重路面病害;寒冷地區(qū)工期短、溫差大等因素,造成該地區(qū)路面施工需在10℃、甚至0℃以下進(jìn)行施工,低溫壓實(shí)環(huán)境造成有效碾壓時(shí)間短、混合料壓實(shí)困難等問題。進(jìn)而造成混合料壓實(shí)不足,并引發(fā)路面各種病害;室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)表明:溫度對(duì)混合料壓實(shí)度的影響更甚于攤鋪厚度對(duì)成型密度的影響。低溫工況下進(jìn)行路面施工時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)層較厚的路面由于溫度衰減緩慢,碾壓過程中溫度大多高于薄層,因此較厚的路面攤鋪厚度更有利于混合料的壓實(shí);當(dāng)成型溫度低于120℃,即使增大壓實(shí)功,混合料最高壓實(shí)度僅能達(dá)到98.6%;成型溫度溫度低于100℃,無論如何增大壓實(shí)功,混合料最高壓實(shí)度很難達(dá)到96%。;現(xiàn)有公路工程技術(shù)檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,對(duì)高速及一級(jí)路路面壓實(shí)度控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為98%,對(duì)于二級(jí)路及一般市政道路,規(guī)定混合料壓實(shí)度不低于96%,因此,分別選定120℃,100℃為高速公路及二級(jí)路最低控制壓實(shí)溫度,并提出有效碾壓時(shí)間;選擇青海省玉樹至治多公路進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)工程驗(yàn)證,并進(jìn)行壓實(shí)度、滲透性、抗滑性檢測(cè),檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明,本文提出的溫度控制指標(biāo)可以保障寒區(qū)路面施工質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:China has a vast territory with a cold area of 417.1 脳 104km2, accounting for 43.5% of China's land area. Most of these areas are located in the west, northeast and other high altitude areas, the economy is underdeveloped and the traffic demand is large. It is the center of development of traffic construction in China, but because of the low average annual temperature and severe freeze-thaw cycle in this area, it has a serious impact on the quality of road construction. From the point of view of improving pavement construction quality in cold region, this paper investigates the characteristics of road disease in typical cold region, analyzes the influence of low temperature environment on road construction quality in cold area, and determines the key factors influencing road construction in cold area through indoor test. The corresponding temperature control standard is put forward to provide the basis for the quality control of pavement construction in this kind of area. The results show that longitudinal cracking in cold regions is generally considered to be a disease related to subgrade melt settlement. Longitudinal cracks, especially continuous longitudinal cracks, develop rapidly within 1-2 years, and the length increases rapidly, and general maintenance measures such as irrigation joints have limited influence on them. Rutting and packing disease is a less disease form along the road in cold area, which only accounts for about 6% of all the diseases investigated. The frequent starting braking and subsidence diseases of vehicles are the important inducements for these diseases to be more than 70%. Great additional stress is caused to the pavement, and then serious pavement disease is caused. In the cold area, the construction period is short and the temperature difference is great, so the pavement construction in this area needs to be carried out at 10 鈩,
