公交車輛應(yīng)急救援服務(wù)點(diǎn)布局研究

【摘要】:城市化的高級(jí)階段帶來(lái)人口和機(jī)動(dòng)車的過(guò)度增長(zhǎng),使得城市交通擁堵嚴(yán)重。政府?dāng)M通過(guò)大力發(fā)展公共交通來(lái)緩解交通擁堵問(wèn)題。隨著區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)與公共交通的日趨成熟化發(fā)展,常規(guī)公交發(fā)展較為完善,覆蓋范圍較廣,但運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中故障時(shí)有發(fā)生,一方面對(duì)公交車輛運(yùn)營(yíng)造成影響,另一方面也容易帶來(lái)部分路段交通堵塞,引發(fā)二次事故。因此,本文對(duì)公交車輛應(yīng)急救援服務(wù)點(diǎn)的合理配置和布局進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)利用現(xiàn)有資源,調(diào)配救援設(shè)施設(shè)備及人員,合理布局服務(wù)點(diǎn)。通過(guò)體系化地研究公交車輛應(yīng)急救援服務(wù)點(diǎn)布局問(wèn)題,以便最大程度提供良好的救援服務(wù),提升響應(yīng)速度,盡可能減輕公交車輛故障與事故的影響,對(duì)提升城市交通應(yīng)急保障能力有重要意義。論文在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外選址理論及相關(guān)應(yīng)急救援服務(wù)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了公交車輛發(fā)生交通故障的類型、發(fā)生地點(diǎn)的類型、不同車型發(fā)生故障的情況,總結(jié)了公交車輛交通故障的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)應(yīng)急救援體系進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,提出了目前我國(guó)公交應(yīng)急救援體系運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題。論文通過(guò)構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的救援網(wǎng)絡(luò),確定路段路權(quán)、節(jié)點(diǎn)權(quán)重、網(wǎng)絡(luò)路徑,研究了公交車輛應(yīng)急救援服務(wù)點(diǎn)選址的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)選址問(wèn)題的一般模型,如覆蓋模型、P-中值模型、P-中心模型等進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析,結(jié)合文中服務(wù)點(diǎn)選址思路與原則,考慮影響選址的多個(gè)因素,構(gòu)建多目標(biāo)模型應(yīng)用于公交車輛應(yīng)急救援服務(wù)點(diǎn)選址問(wèn)題。通過(guò)確定算法求解方案,并選取達(dá)州市公交線網(wǎng)作為實(shí)例進(jìn)行研究,驗(yàn)證該理論研究應(yīng)用于實(shí)際服務(wù)點(diǎn)選址問(wèn)題的可行性,為決策者提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The advanced stage of urbanization brings the excessive growth of population and motor vehicles, and makes the urban traffic jam serious. The government plans to ease traffic congestion by vigorously developing public transport. With the development of economy, society and public transportation in the region, the development of conventional public transport is more perfect and covers a wide range, but faults occur frequently in the operation process, on the one hand, it has an impact on the operation of public transport vehicles. On the other hand, it is easy to bring part of the road traffic jam, causing a second accident. Therefore, this paper studies the reasonable allocation and layout of emergency rescue service points for public transport vehicles. By utilizing existing resources, deploying rescue facilities, equipment and personnel, reasonable layout of service points is carried out. Through systematical research on the layout of emergency rescue service points for public transport vehicles, in order to provide the best rescue service to the maximum extent, improve the response speed, and minimize the impact of bus failures and accidents as far as possible. It is of great significance to enhance the ability of urban traffic emergency support. Based on the analysis of the theory of location selection at home and abroad and the theory of emergency rescue service, the paper analyzes the type of traffic failure, the type of location, and the failure of different types of vehicles. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the traffic failure of public transport vehicles, comments on the emergency rescue system, and puts forward the present operating status and existing problems of the public transport emergency rescue system in China. By constructing the corresponding rescue network, determining the road right, node weight and network path, this paper studies the location of emergency rescue service points for public transport vehicles. In this paper, the general model of the location problem, such as the covering model, the median model and the P- center model, is evaluated and analyzed. Combined with the thought and principle of the location of the service point in the paper, several factors affecting the location are considered. A multi-objective model is constructed to solve the problem of bus emergency rescue service location. By determining the solution scheme of the algorithm and selecting Dazhou bus network as an example, the feasibility of applying the theoretical research to the practical service point location problem is verified, which provides the basis for the decision makers.
