城市瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的完善,作為城市主動(dòng)脈的各級(jí)道路也面臨著大量的新建、改建和擴(kuò)建工程。由于瀝青面層具有表面平整、行車舒適、耐磨、噪音低、養(yǎng)護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便等特點(diǎn),因此我國(guó)城市道路廣泛的采用瀝青道路。城市瀝青道路的施工環(huán)境和施工條件比高速公路苛刻,質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不嚴(yán)格,導(dǎo)致城市瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量較低,不能滿足城市快速發(fā)展的需求,故有必要針對(duì)瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量提出控制措施來(lái)改善路面質(zhì)量。本文在總結(jié)城市瀝青路面特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上分析了瀝青路面質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的主控項(xiàng)目,針對(duì)壓實(shí)度、厚度和平整度三個(gè)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)方法探究各自的影響因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)每個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)均受多種因素影響,同時(shí)每種因素又影響多個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),因此根據(jù)施工情況,考慮整個(gè)施工流程,從施工前準(zhǔn)備、施工中控制、施工后檢驗(yàn)三個(gè)方面來(lái)探究施工質(zhì)量控制方法,在理論分析結(jié)合工程施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上提出了三條對(duì)比條件控制:有效壓實(shí)時(shí)間、接縫方式和保溫措施。進(jìn)一步地為了獲得對(duì)比條件對(duì)相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的影響程度,在項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)方案,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)有效壓實(shí)時(shí)間35min條件下機(jī)動(dòng)車道厚度與設(shè)計(jì)值5cm較接近,有效壓實(shí)時(shí)間25min條件下非機(jī)動(dòng)車道厚度與設(shè)計(jì)值4cm較接近。(2)冷接縫方式得到的平整度容易超出規(guī)范要求的1.5mm,并且不同位置平整度波動(dòng)較大,熱接縫方式得到的平整度均符合規(guī)范要求,且波動(dòng)較小,考慮到熱接縫方式工藝的復(fù)雜性,主要建議城市快速路和主干路路面采取熱接縫方式。(3)運(yùn)料車單層篷布中間海綿覆蓋方式得到的路面壓實(shí)度大小統(tǒng)一,路面各個(gè)位置壽命大致相同,運(yùn)料車雙層篷布中間海綿覆蓋方式得到的路面壓實(shí)度較高,不容易產(chǎn)生車載破壞,但由于單層篷布中間海綿覆蓋方式得到的壓實(shí)度部分低于要求值95%,因此綜合比較認(rèn)為運(yùn)料車雙層篷布中間海綿覆蓋方式較優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of urban scale and the improvement of urban infrastructure, all levels of roads, as the main body of the city, are facing a large number of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects. Due to the features of smooth surface, comfortable driving, low noise, easy maintenance and so on, asphalt roads are widely used in urban roads in China. The construction environment and construction conditions of the urban asphalt road are more harsh than those of the expressway, and the quality control standards are not strict. As a result, the construction quality of the urban asphalt pavement is low and can not meet the needs of the rapid development of the city. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward control measures to improve the quality of asphalt pavement construction. On the basis of summing up the characteristics of urban asphalt pavement, this paper analyzes the main control items of asphalt pavement quality evaluation, and probes into the influencing factors according to the evaluation methods of compactness, thickness and smoothness. It is found that each evaluation index is affected by many factors, and each factor also affects many evaluation indexes. Therefore, according to the construction situation, the whole construction process is considered, which is controlled by the preparation before construction and construction. The construction quality control method is explored from three aspects of post-construction inspection. On the basis of theoretical analysis and engineering construction experience, three comparative conditions are put forward: effective compaction time, joint mode and insulation measures. Furthermore, in order to obtain the degree of influence of the contrast conditions on the corresponding evaluation indexes, the test scheme is designed on the basis of the project construction site investigation. The test results show that the thickness of the driveway under the effective compaction time (35min) is close to the design value 5cm, under the condition of effective compaction time (35min). Under the condition of effective compaction time (25min), the thickness of non-motorized carriageway is close to the design value. 4cm) the smoothness of cold joint is easy to exceed 1.5 mm required by the specification, and the smoothness fluctuates greatly in different positions. The smoothness obtained by the hot joint method meets the requirements of the specification, and the fluctuation is small. Considering the complexity of the hot joint process, It is mainly suggested that the road surface of urban expressway and trunk road should be covered by hot joint. (3) the road compaction degree of single layer tarpaulins covered with sponge is uniform, and the service life of each position of the road surface is roughly the same. The road surface compaction obtained by the middle sponge covering method of double-layer tarpaulins is relatively high, so it is not easy to cause on-board damage. But because the compaction degree of the middle sponge covering method of single layer tarpaulin is lower than the required value of 95%, it is considered that the middle sponge covering mode of double layer tarpaulins is better.
