低表面能緩釋型除冰涂層抗凝凍效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:采用A、B、C等3種組分配置了低表面能緩釋型除冰涂層材料,分別采用冷凍試驗(yàn)、敲擊和落球沖擊試驗(yàn)對(duì)該除冰涂層的抗凝冰效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),采用負(fù)荷輪碾壓試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)了除冰涂層耐久性;分別將涂有低表面能緩釋型除冰涂層、工業(yè)除冰鹽和未做處理的馬歇爾、小梁及濕輪磨耗試件置于室外凝凍天氣條件下,對(duì)比3種試件表面凝冰情況,對(duì)該涂層材料的除冰雪效果進(jìn)行了分析;鋪筑了除冰涂層試驗(yàn)路,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)路進(jìn)行了滲水性能和抗滑性能檢測(cè),對(duì)低表面能緩釋型除冰涂層對(duì)路面表面性能的影響進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:所配置的凝冰涂層材料具有較好的抗凝冰和除雪效果,基本不影響原路面的表面性能。
[Abstract]:The anticoagulant effect of the deicing coating was evaluated by freezing test, percussion test and ball drop impact test, respectively, using three components, such as Agna BZC and other components, which were equipped with low surface energy slow-release deicing coating material, and the anticoagulant ice effect of the deicing coating was evaluated by freezing test, impact test and impact test. The durability of deicing coating was evaluated by load wheel roller compaction test. The coating with low surface energy slow-release deicing coating, industrial deicing salt and untreated Marshall, trabecular and wet wheel wear specimens were placed under the conditions of outdoor freezing weather, respectively. Compared with the ice solidification on the surface of three kinds of specimens, the effect of ice removal of the coating material was analyzed, and the test road of deicing coating was constructed, and the water seepage and skid resistance of the test road were tested. The influence of low surface energy slow release deicing coating on pavement surface performance was analyzed. The results show that the icing coating material has good anticoagulant and snow removal effects, and the surface properties of the original pavement are not affected.
