考慮黏度時(shí)效性與空間效應(yīng)的C-S雙液漿盾構(gòu)隧道管片注漿機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:在假定C-S雙液漿符合賓漢姆流體的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮雙液漿黏度時(shí)變性與空間效應(yīng),并認(rèn)為盾構(gòu)隧道管片注漿符合球形滲透模型,通過(guò)平衡方程與Dupuit-Forchheimer公式,對(duì)賓漢姆流體壁后注漿滲透擴(kuò)散規(guī)律進(jìn)行理論分析,得到C-S雙液漿擴(kuò)散半徑計(jì)算公式以及管片受力計(jì)算公式。通過(guò)具體實(shí)例分析了注漿壓力、注漿管內(nèi)漿液流速以及C-S雙液漿黏度參數(shù)A與參數(shù)Y對(duì)漿液擴(kuò)散半徑及管片受力的作用,對(duì)比了不同注漿參數(shù)對(duì)注漿效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:漿液擴(kuò)散半徑隨注漿壓力與注漿管內(nèi)漿液流速的增大而增大,隨黏度參數(shù)A與參數(shù)Y增大而減小,其中注漿壓力與參數(shù)Y對(duì)漿液擴(kuò)散影響較大,注漿管內(nèi)漿液流速與參數(shù)A對(duì)漿液擴(kuò)散影響較小;管片受力隨注漿壓力與注漿管內(nèi)漿液流速增大而增大,但注漿壓力的影響效果不斷增大而后趨于穩(wěn)定,注漿管內(nèi)漿液流速的影響效果不斷減弱而后趨于穩(wěn)定;管片受力隨參數(shù)A與參數(shù)Y增大而減小,其中參數(shù)A對(duì)管片受力的影響呈負(fù)線性關(guān)系,影響效果較弱,參數(shù)Y對(duì)管片受力的影響呈現(xiàn)"三段式"變化——緩慢減小階段、加速減小階段以及快速減小階段,影響效果明顯。
[Abstract]:On the basis of assuming that C-S two-liquid slurry conforms to Bingham fluid, considering the time-varying viscosity and spatial effect of two-liquid slurry, it is considered that the grouting of shield tunnel segments conforms to the spherical permeation model, and through the equilibrium equation and Dupuit-Forchheimer formula, Based on the theoretical analysis of the permeation and diffusion law of Bingham fluid after grouting, the formulas for calculating the diffusion radius of C-S double slurry and the force acting on the segments are obtained. The effects of grouting pressure, grouting velocity and C-S double slurry viscosity parameter A and parameter Y on the diffusion radius of grouting and the force on segments are analyzed through concrete examples, and the effects of different grouting parameters on grouting effect are compared. The results show that the slurry diffusion radius increases with the increase of grouting pressure and grouting velocity, and decreases with the increase of viscosity parameter A and parameter Y, in which the grouting pressure and parameter Y have a great effect on the slurry diffusion. The influence of grouting velocity and parameter A on grouting diffusion is small, and the stress of segment increases with the increase of grouting pressure and grouting velocity, but the effect of grouting pressure increases and then tends to be stable. The effect of grouting fluid velocity is weakening and then tends to be stable, the stress of segment decreases with the increase of parameter A and parameter Y, in which the influence of parameter A on the stress of segment is negative linear, and the effect is weak. The effect of parameter Y on the stress of the segment is "three-stage" -slowly decreasing stage, accelerating decreasing stage and fast decreasing stage, and the effect is obvious.
