【摘要】：近年來,公路建設投資加大,公路建設又進入一個黃金時期。同時也給各路橋企業(yè)提出將了全面推行現(xiàn)代工程管理,不斷提高工程建設管理水平,推動公路建設,確保工程質(zhì)量、進度和安全的要求。但是,我國路橋施工企業(yè)粗方式的管理比較普遍,很難有效的實現(xiàn)安全、質(zhì)量、進度和成本的控制。這就要求路橋施工企業(yè)必須改進管理模式,構(gòu)建更科學的管理體系來適應市場的要求。本文在對精益思想的來源和理論進行分析的基礎上,明晰精益思想的定義思想、特征和內(nèi)容。闡述精益思想的五項基本原則:定義價值、識別價值流、價值流動、拉動、盡善盡美。隨后,文中闡述和總結(jié)了國內(nèi)交通行業(yè)和路橋企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的主要問題,探討了路橋企業(yè)引入精益思想的可行性。本文以一個已建成的高速公路機電項目為例,通過創(chuàng)建精益施工現(xiàn)場,推行精益施工流程,提高了施工人員的基本素養(yǎng),能有效的達成質(zhì)量、安全、進度和成本這四大目標的均衡最優(yōu)。在高速公路機電項目精益思想運用的過程中,還需加強對精益思想的認識,是精益思想深入人心;更多地重視人的作用,建立有效的激勵機制;提升工程質(zhì)量,保障施工安全,保證工程工期,有效的控制成本,從而提高高速公路的整體品質(zhì)和路橋企業(yè)的管理水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the highway construction investment increases, the highway construction enters a golden period again. At the same time, it also puts forward the requirements of carrying out modern engineering management in an all-round way, improving the management level of engineering construction, promoting highway construction, and ensuring the quality, schedule and safety of the project. However, the rough management of road and bridge construction enterprises in our country is very common, and it is difficult to effectively control the safety, quality, schedule and cost. This requires road and bridge construction enterprises to improve the management model and build a more scientific management system to meet the requirements of the market. Based on the analysis of the source and theory of lean thought, this paper clarifies the definition, characteristics and content of lean thought. This paper expounds five basic principles of lean thought: defining value, identifying value flow, value flowing, pulling, perfect and perfect. Then, the paper expounds and summarizes the development status and main problems of domestic transportation industry and road and bridge enterprises, and probes into the feasibility of introducing lean ideas into road and bridge enterprises. In this paper, a completed motorway mechanical and electrical project as an example, through the establishment of lean construction site, the implementation of lean construction process, improve the basic quality of the construction staff, can effectively achieve quality, safety, Schedule and cost of the four objectives of the equilibrium optimal. In the process of using lean thought of expressway electromechanical project, it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of lean thought, which is that lean thought goes deep into the people's heart, pays more attention to the role of human beings, establishes effective incentive mechanism, promotes engineering quality, and guarantees construction safety. Ensure the construction period, effectively control the cost, thus improve the overall quality of the highway and the management level of road and bridge enterprises.
