【摘要】:學(xué)校地區(qū)作為交通安全重點(diǎn)保護(hù)區(qū),已經(jīng)受到了各界的廣泛關(guān)注。而交通安全設(shè)施的合理設(shè)置是提高學(xué)校地區(qū)安全性的有效手段之一。但我國(guó)學(xué)校地區(qū)交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)置的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比較宏觀,對(duì)工程實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)作用不強(qiáng)。而且,有關(guān)學(xué)校地區(qū)交通安全設(shè)施有效性的研究也較少。因此,本文為以提高學(xué)校地區(qū)交通安全為目的,以交通安全設(shè)施為核心開(kāi)展研究。通過(guò)外場(chǎng)實(shí)地調(diào)查,充分考慮不同道路交通條件及行人(學(xué)生)的過(guò)街安全性,結(jié)合所調(diào)查的學(xué)校地區(qū)的特點(diǎn),將學(xué)校地區(qū)類(lèi)型劃分為三類(lèi)。本著“按需設(shè)置”的原則,調(diào)查不同類(lèi)型學(xué)校地區(qū)不同出行人群的交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)置需求,分析選取“前方學(xué)校警告標(biāo)志、前方學(xué)校提示標(biāo)志、黃閃標(biāo)志、限速標(biāo)志、慢行標(biāo)志和紅路面標(biāo)線”作為研究重點(diǎn)。借助駕駛模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)手段獲取相不同設(shè)施組合設(shè)置方案情況下駕駛員的駕駛行為數(shù)據(jù),利用重復(fù)測(cè)量方差及相對(duì)熵等分析方法,探討不同類(lèi)型學(xué)校地區(qū)交通安全設(shè)施的有效性,并針對(duì)不同學(xué)校類(lèi)型推薦最優(yōu)設(shè)置方案。另外,針對(duì)交通安全設(shè)施在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中存在的兩類(lèi)工程問(wèn)題:1)學(xué)校地區(qū)某種交通安全設(shè)施的有效性問(wèn)題;2)在現(xiàn)有交通安全設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)上是否需要增設(shè)其他設(shè)施以提高其有效性問(wèn)題。提出基于不同關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)情況下交通安全設(shè)施選擇模型。并結(jié)合KANO模型的思想,針對(duì)不同的需求劃分設(shè)施配置等級(jí)。最后將駕駛模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的部分實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果運(yùn)用于工程實(shí)踐,對(duì)相關(guān)設(shè)施進(jìn)行工程應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證該設(shè)施的有效性并進(jìn)一步表明模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)的有效性。論文的研究方法研究結(jié)論,可以為學(xué)校地區(qū)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定及工程實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the key protection area of traffic safety, the school area has received extensive attention from all walks of life. And the reasonable setting of traffic safety facilities is one of the effective means to improve the safety of the school area. However, the relevant standards of the establishment of traffic safety facilities in our school area are relatively macro, and the guiding role of the practice is not strong. There are few studies on the effectiveness of traffic safety facilities in school areas. Therefore, in order to improve the safety of traffic in the school area, this paper takes the traffic safety facilities as the core to carry out the research. Through field investigation, we fully consider the traffic conditions of different roads and the safety of pedestrian crossing. The type of school area is divided into three types. In accordance with the principle of "on demand setting", the requirements of traffic safety facilities for different types of travel groups in different types of schools are investigated, and the emphasis of the study is to select the "front school warning sign, the front school hint sign, the yellow flash mark, the speed limit sign, the slow sign and the red road mark". The driving simulation experiment is used to obtain the driver's driving behavior data under the condition of the combination of different facilities, using the analysis method of repeated measurement variance and relative entropy to discuss the effectiveness of the traffic safety facilities in different types of school areas, and to recommend the optimal setting scheme for different school types. In addition, the traffic safety facilities are aimed at the traffic safety facilities. Two types of engineering problems in practical engineering applications: 1) the effectiveness of some traffic safety facilities in the school area; 2) whether additional facilities need to be added to improve their effectiveness on the basis of existing traffic safety facilities. A selection model of the security facilities based on the focus of different concerns is proposed. And the KANO model is combined with the model. In the end, part of the experimental results obtained by driving simulation experiment are applied to engineering practice, and the engineering application of the related facilities is evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the facility and further demonstrate the effectiveness of the simulation experiment. The conclusions of the research method of this paper can be used for the school area. It provides theoretical basis for formulating standards and engineering practice.
