【摘要】：隨著我國高速公路使用年限的延長和交通流量的增加,高速公路病害類型不斷增加,病害發(fā)展速度不斷加快,高速公路將進入養(yǎng)護的“高峰期”,養(yǎng)護管理的任務十分艱巨,對高速公路技術狀況的檢測技術、診斷技術、養(yǎng)護技術、決策等技術的需求將不斷增大。本文的研究目的是構建高速公路瀝青路面結構技術狀況評價指標體系,建立高速公路瀝青路面關鍵指標的預測模型,提出養(yǎng)護管理決策體系框架,實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)護科學決策。結合已有研究基礎,以江蘇省高速公路為依托,對高速公路瀝青路面使用性能評價與預測進行系統(tǒng)研究。基于國內(nèi)外路面性能評價及預測研究的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,分析了目前高速公路檢測評估與養(yǎng)護管理工作中的存在問題；通過收集江蘇省高速公路路面相關數(shù)據(jù)資料,開展了江蘇省高速公路路面結構與材料、交通量軸載狀況、路面性能狀況及其發(fā)展趨勢的研究。結果表明車轍、橫向裂縫和修補等病害是現(xiàn)階段江蘇省高速公路路面養(yǎng)護工程中亟需解決的主要問題。依據(jù)江蘇省高速公路歷年路面破損數(shù)據(jù),本文對江蘇省高速公路瀝青路面損壞特征進行了深入分析,提出了新的路面損壞分類結構。結合江蘇省高速公路瀝青路面性能特點,對路面結構技術狀況指標進行分類,分別為路表功能性指標、路面結構性指標、路面結構承載力指標和路面材料性能評價指標；基于分類結果,確定了合理的高速公路路面使用性能單項評價指標。針對我國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范路面使用性能評價方法在實際應用過程中所存在的問題,依據(jù)路面性能實測數(shù)據(jù),采用假設檢驗法和專家問卷調(diào)查,提出了新的高速公路路面平整度狀況和車轍狀況評價模型和評價標準。針對我國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中路面損壞狀況評價方法的不足,提出了橫向裂縫評價指數(shù)TCEI、路面修補狀況指數(shù)PPCI和路面表面損壞狀況指數(shù)PSCI三個新的項目級路面破損評價指標；基于指標權重動態(tài)變化的思想,采用層次分析法和熵值法分別確定屬性權重和等級權重,提出了一種新的路面破損狀況變權綜合評價方法�；诜謱釉u價原理,本文采用FWD多點彎沉差值指標作為路面各結構層狀況的評價指標,通過各結構層實測彎沉盆反算模量和彎沉盆參數(shù)之間相關性分析,驗證路面結構強度狀況評價指標的有效性和合理性。最終建立了高速公路瀝青路面結構技術狀況評價指標體系,以路面車轍狀況、平整度狀況、裂縫狀況、修補狀況、破損狀況、路面結構層狀況為關鍵評價指標,以路面材料高溫穩(wěn)定性能為輔助評價指標。選取實際路況檢測數(shù)據(jù),分別采用現(xiàn)行規(guī)范評價指標體系和本文建立的評價指標體系進行路面性能評價,驗證了該評價體系的合理性和適用性。針對江蘇省高速公路路面性能數(shù)據(jù)特點,對常用的預測模型方法的優(yōu)缺點進行比較,依據(jù)路面性能數(shù)據(jù)特點,確定了高速公路瀝青路面使用性能的預測方法。并依據(jù)實際路面性能檢測數(shù)據(jù),分別建立了聚類灰色預測模型、多元回歸預測模型和基于灰色理論和多元回歸分析的組合預測模型。根據(jù)江蘇省高速公路路面養(yǎng)護歷史資料,對路面養(yǎng)護對策進行了總結分析�；诟咚俟仿访骛B(yǎng)護管理決策需求,對路面養(yǎng)護決策指標層次,養(yǎng)護對策決策方法及養(yǎng)護方案的優(yōu)先排序問題進行了研究�；谝延醒芯砍晒�,構建了高速公路路面養(yǎng)護管理決策體系框架,并通過實例分析,驗證了框架的合理性。本文研究成果是養(yǎng)護決策科學化的具體體現(xiàn),不僅適用于江蘇省高速公路,同時也適用于其他相似省份的高速公路,為管理部門提供了分析工具與依據(jù),為我國高速公路路面養(yǎng)護管理提供了技術支持,具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義和理論價值。
[Abstract]:With the extension of the service life of the expressway and the increase of traffic flow , the disease types of the expressway are continuously increased , the disease development speed is accelerated , the highway will enter the " peak period " of the maintenance , the task of maintenance management is very arduous , the system research is carried out on the evaluation and prediction of pavement performance of the expressway based on the existing research foundation , based on the present situation and development trend of pavement performance evaluation and forecast research at home and abroad , the existing problems in the current highway detection assessment and maintenance management are analyzed .
Based on the data of expressway pavement in Jiangsu Province , the research on pavement structure and material , traffic load status , pavement performance and development trend of expressway pavement in Jiangsu Province are studied . The results show that the track , transverse crack and repair are the main problems to be solved urgently . According to the pavement damage data of expressway in Jiangsu Province , this paper classifies the indexes of pavement structure technical status according to the characteristics of pavement performance of expressway in Jiangsu Province , and sets out the indexes of road surface functional index , pavement structural index , pavement structure bearing capacity index and pavement material performance evaluation index , respectively .
Based on the classification results , a reasonable index for evaluating the performance of highway pavement is determined . According to the actual data of pavement performance , a new highway pavement evenness and rut condition evaluation model and evaluation criterion are put forward based on the measured data of pavement performance .
Based on the characteristics of pavement performance data , the paper presents a new method for evaluating pavement performance . Based on the data of pavement performance data , the paper establishes the evaluation index system of pavement maintenance management decision system , and then establishes the evaluation index system of pavement structure strength based on the characteristics of pavement performance data .
