【摘要】：隨著城市建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)道路工程質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高。油田公路工程項(xiàng)目不僅關(guān)系到油田生產(chǎn)物資的運(yùn)輸,更直接與人民群眾的出行安全以及切身利益密切相關(guān),工程質(zhì)量成為油田道路項(xiàng)目管理的重中之重。但在油田道路實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中,施工活動(dòng)中存在諸多質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,研究油田公路工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在總結(jié)研究國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于公路工程質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)南三四聯(lián)通4號(hào)路改造工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行深入研究。在對(duì)公路工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理基本理論和原理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)地調(diào)查了南三四聯(lián)通4號(hào)路改造工程項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀及存在的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理組織不完善、施工材料和設(shè)備管理不科學(xué)、施工環(huán)境不規(guī)范、項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量檢測(cè)力度不足問(wèn)題,從主觀、客觀角度深入探討了產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文.分析了施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的影響因素和保障體系,按照施工前、施工中和竣工驗(yàn)收三.個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)南三四聯(lián)通4號(hào)路改造工程項(xiàng)目全面質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行了深入研究。最后,論文從項(xiàng)目組織和人員管理、管理信息平臺(tái)、施工環(huán)境管理等幾方面給出了改造工程項(xiàng)目全面質(zhì)量控制的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction, the quality of road engineering requirements are higher and higher. Oil field highway engineering project is not only related to the transportation of oil field production materials, but also directly related to the safety and vital interests of the people. The engineering quality has become the most important part of road project management in oil field. But in the actual construction process of oil field road, there are many quality problems in construction activities, so it is of great practical significance to study the quality problems of oil field highway engineering. On the basis of summarizing and studying the literature about highway engineering quality management of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper makes a deep research on the quality management of the reconstruction project of Nan San fourth Unicom Road. Based on the analysis of the basic theory and principle of highway project quality management, the present situation and existing project quality management organization of the reconstruction project of No.4 Road of Nan3, 4, China Unicom are investigated, and the management of construction materials and equipment is not scientific. This paper discusses the causes of these problems from the subjective and objective point of view, because the construction environment is not standard and the quality inspection of the project is insufficient. On this basis, the paper. The influencing factors and guarantee system of construction project quality control are analyzed. The total quality control of the reconstruction project of No.4 Route of South 34 Unicom is studied in detail. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of total quality control of reconstruction project from the aspects of project organization and personnel management, management information platform, construction environment management and so on.
