拱北隧道管幕凍結(jié)施工中限位管的凍結(jié)效果控制研究

【摘要】:港珠澳大橋珠海連接線拱北隧道采用管幕凍結(jié)法施工。為了獲取合適的凍結(jié)施工參數(shù),采用原型試驗(yàn)研究限位管的凍結(jié)效果控制作用。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)管幕凍結(jié)施工過程中實(shí)頂管正上方凍土發(fā)展較快時(shí),可通過在限位管循環(huán)熱鹽水來控制凍土發(fā)展,其中,限位管溫度為8℃比2℃時(shí)能更好地控制凍土厚度;但是,若實(shí)頂管與空頂管之間的凍土及空頂管上方的凍土仍需要發(fā)展時(shí),可采用2℃鹽水,此時(shí),凍土帷幕厚度繼續(xù)增加,但幅度減小。因此,采用限位管控制凍土帷幕發(fā)展是可行的。
[Abstract]:The construction of Gongbei Tunnel of Zhuhai connection Line of Hong Kong, Zhuhai-Macao Bridge adopts the freezing method of pipe curtain. In order to obtain suitable freezing construction parameters, prototype test was used to study the freezing effect control of limited pipe. The test results show that the frozen soil can be controlled by circulating hot salt water in the limit pipe during the freezing construction of the pipe curtain. The thickness of the frozen soil can be controlled better when the temperature of the limited pipe is 8 鈩,
