青島地鐵延安三路站雙側(cè)壁導(dǎo)坑施工工法優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的進(jìn)步與科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,地上空間資源日顯不足。尤其是大中城市,由于地面空間資源的過度占用,使城市的交通、環(huán)境、商業(yè)等受到了巨大的影響。地下施工技術(shù)的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新,使地下空間的大范圍開發(fā)與利用成為可能。尤其是地下暗挖施工,具有不破壞人文與自然環(huán)境,有限度的影響人們的正常生活,并對地面現(xiàn)有建筑與交通不造成影響等特點,越來越成為地下工程施工的主要方式。城市地鐵,有效的緩解了地面的交通壓力,方便了人們的出行,目前得到了蓬勃發(fā)展。而作為地鐵交通主要組成部分的地鐵車站,在不具備明挖法施工的條件下,由于一般具有埋深淺、跨度大、結(jié)構(gòu)高、地質(zhì)差的特點,所以多層雙側(cè)壁導(dǎo)坑暗挖法施工對其有很好的適應(yīng)性,被越來越多的采用。青島地鐵一期工程(3號線)延安三路站,車站總長201.4m,車站主體開挖斷面寬22.52m,高18.141m,拱頂埋深13.4m左右,拱頂大部分位于強風(fēng)化帶下亞帶,拱頂圍巖Ⅳ~Ⅴ級。該段地下暗挖施工中為了進(jìn)一步提高安全性和經(jīng)濟性,我們對施工方法方案、工藝、材料、參數(shù)、設(shè)備配套、組織協(xié)調(diào)等進(jìn)一步研究。通過實踐和總結(jié)提高,形成本工法,為今后類似工程的施工提供了參考。多層雙側(cè)壁導(dǎo)坑施工工法對已有的雙側(cè)壁導(dǎo)坑法工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化與拓展,先形成二次襯砌拱圈,再挖除中間部分巖體;采用上下層從不同的通道出碴,保證施工安全的前提下,實現(xiàn)了上下層之間的交叉作業(yè),達(dá)到了上下層同時進(jìn)行開挖的目的,加快了施工進(jìn)度;雙側(cè)壁開挖完成后,進(jìn)行中間拱部巖體的小高度開挖,然后進(jìn)行從底部開始的二次襯砌工作,避免了原方法中開挖與二次襯砌的多次工藝轉(zhuǎn)換,保證了科學(xué)的施工流水生產(chǎn);在保證施工安全的前提下,對臨時豎向與橫向中壁等的拆除按照縱向分段跳拆,高度上襯砌到哪拆哪的方式拆除,使受力體系轉(zhuǎn)換科學(xué)高效,加快了施工進(jìn)度,降低了施工成本;中間巖體的開挖時,臨時豎向隔壁有效的阻止了爆破對已成二次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)表面的破壞。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, the above-ground space resources are increasingly insufficient. Especially in large and medium cities, traffic, environment, commerce and so on have been greatly affected by the excessive occupation of ground space resources. The development and innovation of underground construction technology make the development and utilization of underground space possible. Especially the underground excavation construction has the characteristics of not destroying human and natural environment, limited influence on people's normal life, and no influence on the existing buildings and traffic on the ground, which has become the main way of underground engineering construction more and more. Urban subway, effective relief of the ground traffic pressure, convenient for people to travel, has been booming. The subway station, which is the main component of subway traffic, has the characteristics of shallow buried depth, large span, high structure and poor geology under the condition of not having the open excavation method. Therefore, the multi-layer double-sidewall tunnel excavation method has a good adaptability to it, and is used more and more. The first phase of Qingdao Metro (Line 3) Yan'an third Road Station, the total length of the station is 201.4m, the main excavation section width of the station is 22.52 m, the height is 18.141 m, the depth of the arch is about 13.4 m, the arch roof is mostly located in the subzone below the strong weathering zone, and the surrounding rock of the arch roof is grade 鈪,
