【摘要】:瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)的作業(yè)參數(shù)一直是人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),然而目前對(duì)瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)參數(shù)尚沒(méi)有深入系統(tǒng)的研究,瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家和施工單位針對(duì)不同攤鋪厚度及材料都無(wú)法給出合適的作業(yè)參數(shù)。針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)象,采用理論與試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)面層施工作業(yè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了理論分析和試驗(yàn)研究,為瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)參數(shù)的確定提供參考。首先,根據(jù)國(guó)家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)規(guī)定,以及對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工地實(shí)際作業(yè)參數(shù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,初步確定了作業(yè)參數(shù)的選取范圍。然后,提出瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)振搗夯錘重疊度和有效接觸寬度的概念,依次從理論上確定了瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)參數(shù)的取值。其次,分別以不同松鋪厚度對(duì)瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)速度,熨平板振搗梁振幅,重疊度,以及熨平板振動(dòng)擊實(shí)功等對(duì)瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)參數(shù)的合理性進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)比不同作業(yè)參數(shù)下的作業(yè)質(zhì)量,進(jìn)一步確定了作業(yè)參數(shù)的選取范圍。最后,以國(guó)內(nèi)某高速路段為案例,按照試驗(yàn)得出的作業(yè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了面層攤鋪?zhàn)鳂I(yè),通過(guò)與施工方原有參數(shù)方案的試鋪結(jié)果對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了研究所的作業(yè)參數(shù)合理可行的。
[Abstract]:The operating parameters of asphalt concrete paver have always been the focus of attention. However, there is no deep and systematic study on the operating parameters of asphalt concrete paver. The manufacturer and construction unit of asphalt concrete paver can not give proper operation parameters according to different spreading thickness and material. In view of this phenomenon, using the research method of combining theory with experiment, the paper makes a theoretical analysis and experimental study on the operating parameters of asphalt concrete paver surface layer, which provides a reference for determining the operation parameters of asphalt concrete paver. Firstly, according to the relevant regulations of national and industry standards, and the statistical analysis of site actual operating parameters, the selection range of operational parameters is preliminarily determined. Then, the concepts of overlap degree and effective contact width of vibratory tamping hammer of asphalt concrete paver are put forward, and the operating parameters of asphalt concrete paver are determined theoretically. Secondly, the rationality of the operation parameters of asphalt concrete paver, such as the working speed of asphalt concrete paver, the amplitude of ironing plate vibrating beam, the overlap degree, and the work of ironing plate vibration compaction, are studied respectively with different loose spreading thickness. The selection range of operation parameters is further determined by comparing the operation quality with different job parameters. Finally, taking a high-speed road section in China as a case, the paving operation of surface layer is carried out according to the operation parameters obtained from the test. By comparing with the test results of the original parameter scheme of the construction side, it is proved that the operational parameters of the research institute are reasonable and feasible.
