廢棄混凝土用作再生路面的試驗研究

【摘要】:結(jié)合湖北省宜昌市東山大道改建項目,將廢棄的混凝土面板破碎加工成再生集料,并將再生集料全部替代天然集料用于混凝土生產(chǎn)中.檢測分析再生集料的顆粒級配、壓碎值、針片狀顆粒含量、表觀密度和吸水率等工程性質(zhì)指標,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過對不同養(yǎng)護齡期下再生混凝土的抗壓強度和抗折強度進行測試,以此分析其力學性能.結(jié)果表明,采用廢棄混凝土面板再生粗、細集料配制的混凝土強度能達到輕交通等級公路面層對強度的要求;再生集料的壓碎值、顆粒級配及堅固性等主要指標均達到水泥混凝土路面材料的要求,吸水率和細集料的含泥量偏大,通過預吸水和篩洗可使其達到路面材料的要求;再生混凝土的坍落度偏小,保水性及和易性較好,能滿足現(xiàn)場施工要求;再生混凝土的強度隨著齡期的增加逐漸增大,且增大趨勢逐漸變緩;再生混凝土的破壞特征與普通混凝土相似,但再生混凝土的抗壓強度增長值與齡期的對數(shù)不成正比例關(guān)系.
[Abstract]:Combined with the reconstruction project of Dongshan Avenue in Yichang, Hubei Province, the discarded concrete slab is broken and processed into recycled aggregate, and all recycled aggregate is replaced by natural aggregate to be used in concrete production. The particle gradation, crushing value, needle particle content, apparent density and water absorption of recycled aggregate were measured and analyzed. The compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete were tested under different curing ages. The mechanical properties are analyzed. The results show that the strength of concrete prepared with recycled concrete face slab and fine aggregate can meet the requirements of light traffic grade highway surface, and the crushed value of recycled aggregate, The main indexes such as particle gradation and firmness can meet the requirements of cement concrete pavement materials, the water absorption and fine aggregate content are on the high side, through pre-absorption and sieve washing, they can meet the requirements of pavement materials, and the slump of recycled concrete is small, The strength of recycled concrete increases gradually with the increase of age, and the increasing trend becomes slower. The failure characteristics of recycled concrete are similar to that of ordinary concrete. However, the increasing value of compressive strength of recycled concrete is not proportional to the logarithm of age.
